FantasyDraft DFS MLB picks like Mookie Betts for September 17 MLB DFS based on projections and ownership from the number 1 DFS player.

The following Spotlight Stacks & Hitters were selected by Awesemo.com’s Director of Content Josh Engleman.

Mets (#1 DraftKings / #1 FanDuel)

  • Michael Conforto
  • Todd Frazier
  • Brandon NImmo
  • Asdrubal Cabrera

The Mets have the best pricing on the slate, which is jamming them into my number one spot on both sites. The top of the order looks great, with Michael Conforto looking like one of the best dollar-for-dollar plays of the night. Asdrubal Cabrera is better against lefties, but at a sub $3000 price on FanDuel, I‘m not too worried about Matt Koch‘s throwing hand. I love Devin Mesoraco as part of the stack on DraftKings, where catcher is a bit thin outside of Gary Sanchez.

Red Sox (#2 DraftKings / #5 FanDuel)

  • Mookie Betts
  • Andrew Benintendi
  • J.D. Martinez
  • Mitch Moreland

Don’t worry too much about the ranking for FanDuel. The gap between #2 and #5 is incredibly narrow. On DraftKings, though, the Red Sox are miles ahead of the #3 spot. Felix Hernandez simply isn’t the same pitcher anymore, and Boston nukes right handed pitching. The top of the order has the most firepower, but you’ll find good value in Rafael Devers and Eduardo Nunez. [At some point, Eduardo Nunez should begin hitting. I hope…]
