Dan Straily

When you’re talking about starting pitching options for tonight, you have to start with Straily. He’s the most expensive pitcher on DraftKings, but he’s more than worth the price. Straily has been lethal this season. Over 63 innings, Straily has a 26% strikeout rate to go along with his 3.04 FIP. That FIP ranks fourth in the KBO among qualified starters. Even though he’s a slight underdog, I still see Straily as the best possible option on both sites. He’s certainly the first person into any cash lineup.

Casey Kelly

Now, if you’re looking for more of a GPP play, I think I like Kelly most. The LG Twins are the second biggest favorite on the slate, so that certainly peaks my interest. Kelly has been solid this year. You’d like to see an increase to his strikeout rate, but he’s still in the top 20 in FIP for the whole league. Because of his price tag on both sites, he’s going a bit underowned, so I see this as a perfect opportunity to pay up to be contrarian.
