Though not as off-the-radar as Hooper, Tyler Higbee is still in sleeper territory given his dip into recent drafts. Last season with the Saints, Cook caught 27 passes for 504 yards and seven touchdowns despite inconsistent quarterback play. Now he has Justin Herbert as his quarterback, there should be a bit less volatility in his target volume than he saw last year.
