ATL (vs. SF)
As a Braves fan, it’s refreshing to talk about them in a positive way for the first time in a while. The Braves are a nice stack option on both sites, starting with Spotlight Hitter Ronald Acuna. My priorities are with Ozzie Albies, Jose Bautista and Tyler Flowers, but Freddie Freeman and Nick Markakis could potentially be under-ownded due to the lefty/lefty matchup, which makes them interesting as part of a stack.

The Twins are in the Spotlight Stacks? Shocking. The Twins are 4th in baseball in hard contact% versus righties. Did I mention they get to face James Shield? Shields has given up 21 runs in just 35.3 innings this year. That’s not bad luck either. The Twins are set-up to absolutely mash Shields. On DraftKings, you can make a case for all nine guys. On FanDuel, I would stick to the top 6 (Mauer, Dozier, Kepler, Escobar, Rosario and Grossman). They’ll be incredibly popular, and I can’t imagine a scenario where the Twins aren’t the top public stack.

If you’re looking for a stack that people won’t be talking about, I’ve got what you’re looking for. The Pirates salaries are down from 10+ days ago, which seems to be an overcorrection. Starling Marte is down $1000 on FanDuel. The first four guys (Frazier, Polanco, Marte and Bell) might be the best dollar-for-dollar stack on the entire slate. I wouldn’t expect much ownership here, either. If you need a stack to differentiate yourself from the field, this is where I would look. I might look dumb for this one, but I’m betting on the data.
