Abdul Razak Alhassan | DraftKings: $9,400, FanDuel: $22
Alhassan will be looking to get back on track by moving up a weight class to middleweight. He has clearly struggled to make 170 at welterweight, especially his last two fights, missing weight by a substantial amount. Alhassan should have no problem at making 185, and he should be a much different fighter in the Octagon. He has 10 wins via knockout, all of which were first-round finishes, and six ended in less than one minute. Mid-Priced MMA DFS Picks
Alexander Romanov | DraftKings: $8,800, FanDuel: $18
Romanov will walk his opponents down and keep crazy pressure on them the whole fight. He has fast hands and nasty body kicks that can damage his opponents. Juan Espino will be a tough opponent for Romanov and could get the finish. However, Romanov will have the striking advantage, and that will be his path to victory. Romanov has five wins via knockout and eight wins via submission. Awesemo’s UFC DFS projections give Romanov 56% win odds and a 43% chance for a knockout.
Luis Pena | DraftKings: $8,700, FanDuel: $19
Pena is coming into this matchup with a loss against Khama Worthy  in June. He will be looking to rebound after dropping two of his last three fights. Pena will work off his jab while using solid feints and fakes to set up his nasty round kicks and extremely dangerous flying knees. He has two wins via knockout, four via submission and two via decision. Pena will be the faster and the better overall fighter in this fight. Awesemo’s UFC DFS projections give him 59% win odds.

Meerschaert will be looking to get back in the win column after back-to-back losses. He is extremely good at tricking his opponents into fighting his style of fight. He is a veteran of the sport and is always dangerous with chokes once the fight hits the mat. On the feet Meerschaert throws nasty elbows and dangerous kicks to the head and body. He has six wins via knockout, 23 via submission and two wins via decision. Awesemo’s UFC DFS projections give Meerschaert 45% win odds.
