DeMar DeRozan

It’s rare for me to get much DeMar DeRozan, but his play has changed dramatically this season and he has a date with the Phoenix Suns. The Suns have been 9% worse than average in allowing fantasy points per possession. That number is dead last in the NBA. DeRozan went for 39 fantasy points in a 28 minute blowout on 10/31. DeRozan is perfectly set-up to dominate the Suns tonight, particularly with Rudy Gay on the sidelines. Even better, DeRozan’s ownership is projecting relatively low on this sizeable slate. I’ll be playing him in 1/3 of my lineups.

Jordan Clarkson

I fired Clarkson up yesterday, and I’ll happily do it again. Washington’s defense has been terrible this season. They’re currently 28th in effective field goal percentage allowed. For those that aren’t aware, Clarkson is a big fan of shooting. The Wizards haven’t been able to stop people from getting good looks. If Clarkson gets hot, he has an enormous ceiling for his price point. He’s essentially the only active Cav that can confidently create his own shot. I look for Clarkson to keep gunning. He’s a key part of my GPP lineups.

Damian Lillard

This is more of a feel play than a model play, although I am getting ~15% of Lillard on my crunches. More than anything, I want some of Dame playing in Los Angeles in the single late game of the night. We have his expected ownership in the single digits on both sites. This feels way too low for Lillard in a match-up with the Lakers. His last big game happened against the Lakers 11 days ago in Portland. I think he keeps it up tonight in LA.
