NBA Daily Fantasy Picks: Awesemo Grades | Nov. 29

*Grades are ordered DraftKings, FanDuel. Initial grade indicates a player’s strength of output, with the value grade indicating their strength as a play in relation to their salary.

PG Kevin Porter Jr. — Grades: B, B | Values: B, A

Kevin Porter Jr. was heavily featured on Awesemo last game due to playing without Jalen Green on the floor alongside him. He has the same situation tonight, with Green expected to miss at least a couple more games with a hamstring injury. Porter put up over 50 fantasy points in Houston’s overtime win last time out, coming in two rebounds shy of a triple-double. While rebound numbers that high are unlikely tonight, he should continue to stack up points and assists. Awesemo projects Porter to play over 34 minutes and be a do-it-all player for them tonight.

SG Josh Giddey — Grades: B, B | Values: B, A

Josh Giddey has proven to be one of the most consistent players for NBA fantasy this season, as his well-rounded contributions ensure he is never a bust. Giddey has at least seven rebounds in seven straight games and eight assists in two of his past three games. He has also scored 14 or more points in five of the past six games. Facing a poor Rockets team tonight, there is plenty of opportunity for Giddy to push towards that elusive triple-double. Awesemo projections rank Giddey as the top overall value play on FanDuel tonight.

PG Malcolm Brogdon — Grades: B, B | Values: B, A

Malcolm Brogdon has high upside against Minnesota in a massive pace-up game, as the Timberwolves are top five in pace and the Pacers are bottom three. After a few poor games a week ago, Brogdon has seen his price drop by $1,000, making him a nice value for tonight. Much of his inconsistent play can be attributed to his assist totals bouncing back and forth. While this Timberwolves team is better than years past, the extra possessions should allow Brogdon to tally plenty of assists to his teammates. For this reason, he is one of the better value plays on FanDuel tonight.

SF Nassir Little — Grades: C, C | Values: A, A

Norman Powell will be out for Portland tonight, which should thrust Nassir Little into a larger role. Little has outperformed his price quite a bit recently, putting up over 30 fantasy points in each of his past two games in which he played at least 28 minutes. Awesemo projects Little for 28.2 minutes and is the top overall value play on DraftKings tonight.
