NBA Daily Fantasy Picks: Awesemo Grades | Nov. 30

*Grades are ordered DraftKings, FanDuel. Initial grade indicates a player’s strength of output, with the value grade indicating their strength as a play in relation to their salary.

PG Tyus Jones — Grades: C, C | Values: A, A

Tyus Jones is in the starting lineup due to the Ja Morant injury. He was hyped up as a great play in his first start last game, and with the Grizzlies winning by 27 he was limited to only 24 minutes. Some people may not realize it was a blowout and be hesitant to play him again, and Jones is at a cheap price in a solid matchup today. On top of that, his ownership should be lower than the first time around. Awesemo’s projections list Jones as the top overall value play on FanDuel tonight.

PG Derrick Rose — Grades: C, C | Values: A, A

With Kemba Walker apparently out of the rotation, Derrick Rose should have a rather large role tonight. Make sure to ensure he plays, as he missed last game with an ankle injury. However, if he is active, his ability to score off the bench will be needed against the Nets tonight. Awesemo projects him for about 24 minutes tonight. However, he has 30-minute upside in a competitive game if he is scoring well, and the rivalry with the Nets will be a big game. The Knicks are 6.5-point underdogs, so they should be chasing points and pushing the pace, which could bode well for Rose with his extended minutes.

C LaMarcus Aldridge — Grades: B, B | Values: A, A

Sticking with that same game, LaMarcus Aldridge has been playing really well for the Nets, and he should be more than capable of taking advantage of a Knicks frontcourt that could be down a couple of players. Aldridge has really picked up his play over his past 10 games, averaging 15.9 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per game. His stats become even better over the past five games, where he is averaging 19 points, 7.6 rebounds and a block per game. Despite this strong play, his price has remained relatively cheap, making him a great value in the NBA DFS Rankings today.

C Richaun Holmes — Grades: B, B | Values: A, A

Make sure to keep up with the latest news to ensure Richaun Holmes is playing. He has missed the past three games due to an eye injury and most recently an illness. If he is able to give it a go, he looks to be in a good spot against the Lakers tonight. Awesemo’s projections list him as the top overall value play on DraftKings and the third best on the slate for FanDuel. The questionable tag should also help to keep his ownership low, making him a great play as long as he is active.
