After only having three games on our NBA daily fantasy slate yesterday, there is a packed 13-game slate tonight. Plenty of NBA DFS injury news is yet to come out, so be sure to check the Awesemo NBA Starting Lineups page to see who is in, who is out and who is starting as news breaks, and look at the NBA DFS rankings and projections for both DraftKings and FanDuel lineups tonight.
NBA Daily Fantasy Picks: Awesemo Grades | Nov. 10
*Grades are ordered DraftKings, FanDuel. Initial grade indicates a player’s strength of output, with the value grade indicating their strength as a play in relation to their salary.
PG Ricky Rubio — Grades: B, B | Values: A, A
Collin Sexton tore his meniscus on Monday, elevating Ricky Rubio back into fantasy relevance. He saw extra run in the game against the Knicks, which resulted in Rubio putting up a massive performance of 37 points and 10 assists. In his last start this season, Rubio totaled 23 points, six rebounds and eight assists. Awesemo’s projections view him as the best value at the point guard position on both sites tonight.
SG Will Barton — Grades: B, B | Values: A, A
Nikola Jokic decided to turn heel last game, but it resulted in him being suspended for tonight’s game. This opens up a ton of value on the Nuggets. No player has seen a greater usage bump with Jokic out than Will Barton, with an increase of 8.9 percentage points, bumping him up to a team-high 29.7%. This also has led to him averaging about 1.3 NBA fantasy points per minute. Awesemo has Barton projected to play 35 minutes in tonight’s game against the Pacers.
Matt LaMarca is also loving Barton upon first glance, which he wrote about in today’s NBA DFS Slate Starter article. Check out who else Matt is pinpointing as top plays for tonight’s slate.
PF JaMychal Green — Grades: B, B | Values: A, A
Sticking on the same team, Jokic being out should elevate JaMychal Green to the starting lineup, giving him a much larger role. Green has not topped 20 minutes yet in a game this season, but he is projected for over 27 minutes tonight. He has been close to a fantasy point per minute this season, so the increase in playing time should lead to a big increase in production. Green is also priced near the minimum on both sites. For these reasons, Awesemo projections view him as the top value on both DraftKings and FanDuel tonight.

C JaVale McGee — Grades: C, C | Values: A, A
With Deandre Ayton continuing to be out for the Suns, there is value to be had in the Phoenix frontcourt. Many DFS players tonight will be picking Frank Kaminsky, who has had the more notable performances with Ayton out. However, JaVale McGee is both safer and cheaper than his teammate tonight. McGee has been getting the starts, playing about 20 minutes. While he does not have massive scoring upside, the rest of his stats are consistent. McGee is an unexciting but safe salary saver tonight who allows for paying up for another player. Awesemo’s projections view him as one of the better values at the center position tonight.
