Gamers can safely anticipate some huge fantasy scores this evening, and per usual, the main team to keep an eye on is the Pacers. Malcolm Brogdon‘s sore hamstring has kept him out for the last five, and his absence would be an obvious boost for Caris LeVert and Domantas Sabonis in this big game against the Cavaliers. Indiana only trails Washington by half a game for the eighth seed in the East. Power Forward: Jaren Jackson Jr.

DraftKings Grades: B, Values: A

FanDuel Grades: B, Values: A

Earning his first start of the season Saturday, Jackson thrived with the first unit, scoring 36.5 DraftKings points in the win over the Raptors. He finished with 25.4 minutes, which is the most playing time Jackson has received since returning from the meniscus injury eight games ago. He also garnered 33.5% usage and took 17 shots in the victory. Gamers can safely project Jackson to stay in the 25- to 30-minute range again tonight, which is more than enough time for him to smash value against the Pelicans, who rank 22nd in defensive efficiency.

Since his return, Jackson has provided 1.24 DraftKings points per minute, and he won’t have to match up with Zion Williamson (out, finger), who ranks fourth in real plus/minus for power forwards this season. Jackson’s price tags for Monday don’t reflect his current role, and Awesemo’s NBA DFS projections rate Jackson as a top-five value for both DraftKings and FanDuel.

Point Guard: Russell Westbrook

FanDuel increased Westbrook’s price all the way up to $12,400, but DraftKings left him at a modest $11,000 for Monday night. At this low of a salary, it is honestly impossible to build a DraftKings lineup without Westbrook for this six-game slate. First off, he and the Wizards are still looking to improve their seed in the East standings with only four games remaining in the regular season. With plenty on the line, Westbrook has averaged 63.2 DraftKings points per game across his last 10. Furthermore, he will be looking to cement his name in NBA history Monday night, seeking the 183rd triple-double of his career, which would set a new NBA record.

Last but certainly not least, Bradley Beal (hamstring) will miss tonight’s matchup with the Hawks. Whenever Westbrook has been on the floor sans Beal, his usage has increased 5.7 points to an elite 36.1%. Westbrook’s best fantasy output of the season came with Beal out of the lineup back on March 29, when he exploded for a ridiculous 94.5 DraftKings points against the Pacers. This is the type of ceiling Westbrook brings to the table tonight, and he is arguably the best fantasy play of the season at only $11,000 on DraftKings. Using Awesemo’s NBA DFS projections, Westbrook’s raw DraftKings projection is the highest on the slate by a significant 8.72 fantasy points, and he is also grading out as a top-10 value.

Power Forward: Rui Hachimura

After Westbrook, Hachimura should be the primary beneficiary from Beal’s injury. When Beal has been off the court this season, Hachimura has watched his usage jump 5.6 percentage points, lifting him to 0.9 DraftKings points per minute. Hachimura has amassed 27 DraftKings points per game in the seven he has been active for without Beal, including a season-best 52.25 DraftKings points against the Bucks back on March 13.

Plus, this matchup against the Hawks is favorable, with their defense ranking 25th in rating over their last 10. Mix their poor defense with Washington’s fast speed, and this game’s total is set at a high 236.5 points. Albeit in a two-game sample, Hachimura has averaged 45.6 DraftKings points per game when competing in game totals over 230 points without Beal this season. All things considered, Hachimura is underpriced for his upside tonight, and Awesemo’s NBA DFS ownership projections are predicting him for decently low ownership levels on both DraftKings and FanDuel this evening.

Center: Jarrett Allen

Allen has struggled to put up numbers recently, posting less than 30 DraftKings points in three of his past five starts, but tonight’s matchup against the Pacers is a perfect spot to get back on track. Over their last 10, no team in the NBA has played at a faster pace than Indiana, and they have been getting dominated inside with Myles Turner (toe) sidelined, giving up 62.6 points in the paint and 50.9 rebounds per game.

These are both league highs during this time, and Monday night’s game total is up to 230 points. Plus, all of Kevin Love (rest), Darius Garland (ankle), Cedi Osman (ankle) and Isaiah Hartenstein (head) have been ruled out for Cleveland, creating a clear path for Allen to see big minutes. He has 40-fantasy-point upside tonight, and with a lack of clear-cut options at center for this slate, rolling the dice on Allen to bounce back has a ton of logic for GPPs.
