The NBA DFS Big Board is a one-stop shop for building lineups. It gives each player on the slate a Points Rating, Value Rating and Leverage Rating on a scale from 1 to 100, which allows you to easily decipher some of the top options on the slate. Let’s dive into some of the NBA daily fantasy rankings using the Big Board and Awesemo’s NBA Projections.

NBA Daily Fantasy Rankings & Big Board Projections
Giannis Antetokounmpo, F/C, Milwaukee Bucks: DraftKings Points Rating: 100 | FanDuel Points Rating: 99
It’s kind of boring to continue to write about Giannis every single time he’s on the slate, but he’s simply the best player in fantasy at the moment. He owns the top raw points projection once again today, and he also stands out as arguably the best value among the high-priced studs.
The Bucks are expected to get Jrue Holiday back on today’s slate, but that shouldn’t have much of an impact on Antetokounmpo. He’s actually increased his usage rate while sharing the court with Jrue Holiday this season, resulting in an average of 1.86 DraftKings points per minute.
More importantly, Khris Middleton and Brook Lopez remain out, so Antetokounmpo should continue to benefit from an increased workload. Some might balk at Giannis’ price tag on Friday, but he owns the highest optimal lineup percentage on FanDuel using the Boom/Bust Probability Tool, and he ranks second in that department on DraftKings.
Thaddeus Young, PF/C, San Antonio Spurs: DraftKings Value Rating: 84 | FanDuel Value Rating: 97
Young is coming off a season-high 22.2 minutes in the Spurs’ last outing. That may not sound like much playing time, but it’s more than enough for Young to do some damage. He’s averaged 1.16 FanDuel points per minute this season, so he’s capable of racking up fantasy points quickly.
His role should be secure for the time being with Jakob Poeltl out of the lineup. He’s out due to health and safety protocols, which opens up a decent number of minutes in the frontcourt. The Spurs don’t have a ton of options to fill that role. We currently have him projected for 25.5 minutes, which is enough to make Young one of the strongest values on the slate.
Young is best utilized on FanDuel at $4,600, and he’s also an elite target in the player prop market. The Awesemo Player Prop tool grades the over on his scoring prop as the most profitable scoring wager on the entire slate.

Patrick Beverley, PG, Minnesota Timberwolves: DraftKings Value Rating: 98 | FanDuel Value Rating: 89
Beverley is another excellent value option, and he stands out at just $4,000 on DraftKings. Beverley has been an awesome fantasy investment for most of the year, but he has even more appeal with D’Angelo Russell out of the lineup. He’s coming off 31.4 minutes in his last outing, and he’s averaged 1.13 DraftKings points per minute this season. We don’t have him projected for quite as many minutes on Friday, but he should still pay more than enough to pay off his current salary.
We currently have Beverley projected for 34.5% ownership on DraftKings, but no one on the slate has a higher optimal lineup percentage using the Boom/Bust Probability Tool.
