DraftKings & FanDuel NBA DFS Lineup Advice Today

Bismack Biyombo, C, Phoenix Suns

The Suns stand out as an excellent potential source of value on Wednesday. They’re going to be without Deandre Ayton and JaVale McGee at center, and Cameron Payne and Jae Crowder have also been ruled out.

That should open up plenty of minutes for the rest of the roster, particularly Biyombo at center. Biyombo had already been playing more than McGee recently, logging at least 27.9 minutes in three straight games. He’s averaged a stout 1.24 DraftKings points per minute since signing with the Suns, so he’s capable of taking advantage of an expanded workload. Unsurprisingly, he’s scored at least 37.25 DraftKings points in each of his past two games.

Biyombo’s price has come up a bit recently, but he’s still considerably underpriced at just $5,500 on DraftKings. Expect him to own one of the best value ratings in our NBA Projections.

Hassan Whiteside, C, Utah Jazz

Whiteside is another potential value option at center. Rudy Gobert has already been ruled out for the second-straight game, and Whiteside should replace him in the starting lineup. Whiteside has been slightly disappointing in four games in place of Gobert this season – he’s averaged 28.63 DraftKings points per game – but his minutes in those contests are encouraging. He’s averaged 30.6 minutes in those contests, and he racked up 32.8 minutes in his last game. Whiteside has historically been one of the best per-minute producers in fantasy, and he’s averaged 1.20 DraftKings points per minute this season. If he continues to play 30+ minutes in place of Gobert, he should be able to improve upon his fantasy production.

Ultimately, it will be interesting to see what Gobert’s ownership projection looks like. The combination of Whiteside’s subpar production as a starter and Biyombo could result in Whiteside being under-owned. If that happens, he’ll be an elite tournament option at center.

Kevin Huerter, SG/SF, Atlanta Hawks

The Hawks have been playing well recently, winning and covering in each of their past four games. Unfortunately, they could be a bit shorthanded on the wing on Wednesday. De’Andre Hunter is questionable, and they recently traded Cam Reddish to the Knicks.

If Hunter cannot suit up, Huerter should be asked to play a large workload in an elite spot. They’re taking on the Kings, who rank eighth in pace and 28th in defensive efficiency this season. The Hawks are currently implied for 120.5 points, which is the top mark on Wednesday’s slate.

Huerter isn’t an elite fantasy producer, but he’s averaged a solid 0.79 DraftKings points per minute over the past month. Huerter has averaged 25.82 DraftKings points in 19 games with at least 30 minutes this season, which would be acceptable at a $4,700 price tag.
