Dream11 NBA Picks: Awesemo Grades | April 13

SG Anthony Edwards – 9 Credits, 31.77 Projected Fantasy Points

From Monday’s postponed game

There are members of the Timberwolves that will be quite popular tonight, but Edwards is not among them, and that could be the fault of the crowd if they’re not on him. Edwards has been playing well in most games, but his last one didn’t go according to the script. He had a rough night getting his shot off, as evidenced by his 5-for-14 shooting from the field.

Tonight’s matchup against the Nets is one of the most profitable in the NBA. The Nets will undoubtedly hustle the ball up and down the court, even without James Harden and Kyrie Irving, so Edwards will have plenty of opportunities for scoring at the other end of the floor. Edwards has not played fewer than 36 minutes in each of the last five games, which is pretty much par for the course.

Also Consider: Caris LeVert – 9.5 Credits, 34.52 Projected Fantasy Points | Bogdan Bogdanovic – 9.5 Credits, 31.83 Projected Fantasy Points

SF Miles Bridges – 10 Credits, 30.49 Projected Fantasy Points

As the injuries pile up for the Hornets, those vacated minutes are starting to find a home. In this instance, Bridges has been more than happy to oblige as the new caretaker. With guys like LaMelo Ball, Gordon Hayward and Malik Monk missing extended time, it hurts that P.J. Washington is missing tonight’s game. In addition, Terry Rozier is listed as doubtful.

Bridges becomes the Hornets most valuable piece on the roster now, so to get him at only 10 credits is must-have territory. In each of the last three games, he has played at least 36 minutes, and Sunday’s 41 minutes was a season high. If the Hornets are going to stay in the playoff hunt, Bridges has a lot of heavy lifting to do.

C Naz Reid – 5 Credits, 36.43 Projected Fantasy Points

This is another Timberwolves player making the cut, as Reid is just too good to pass on this evening. Karl-Anthony Towns will be away from the team, so that means Reid will soak up his entire workload against a Nets squad that allows the fifth-most fantasy points per game to opposing centers.

When given the opportunity, Reid has been a reliable backup plan for Minnesota. In his last game, a win against the Bulls, he scored 18 points on 6-for-9 shooting from the floor (2-for-4 on 3-pointers, 4-for-4 on free throws). The rebounding comes and goes, but that is the only concern, as his 5-credit price tag makes the outlook a lot more optimistic.

Also Consider: Clint Capela – 17 Credits, 46.90 Projected Fantasy Points
