NBA Fantasy: DraftKings + FanDuel Projections & High-Upside Plays 6/14

Tonight’s NBA Fantasy slate features a couple of pivotal Game 4’s. This is also potentially one of the final two-game slates left on the season. The Jazz are holding a 2-1 lead over the Clippers and the 76ers have the same advantage over the Hawks. This is leads to some top NBA DFS picks today on FanDuel and DraftKings that should play big minutes due to the high-stakes nature of tonight’s games. NBA Fantasy Picks: DraftKings + FanDuel Boom Candidates

Paul George vs. Jazz: $8,600 DraftKings/$9,200 FanDuel

69.2% DraftKings Boom/42.4% FanDuel Boom

George has a chance to shed his poor playoff reputation with a few more strong playoff games. He is playing extremely well in this postseason and helped power the Clippers to a win in Game 3. With the season hanging in the balance, George scored 31 points last game as he formed a dynamic 1-2 duo with Kawhi Leonard that was expected when Los Angeles acquired the two stars prior to last season. George is playing massive minutes in important playoff games, which is leading to his high boom projection for tonight. He is playing over 40 minutes per game in the postseason, and he’s far and away the top overall value play on the slate in Awesemo’s NBA DFS projections.

Bogdan Bogdanovic vs. 76ers: $6,400 DraftKings/$6,700 FanDuel

40.6% DraftKings Boom/24.5% FanDuel Boom

Some of these playoff slate can get a bit confusing with Bojan Bogdanovic and Bogdan Bogdanovic both on the same short slates. Of the two basketball players, Bogdan is the better player tonight. In the playoffs he has taken on a massive role for the Hawks, and that role has grown even more in the last couple of games. With De’Andre Hunter out for the season after undergoing knee surgery, Bogdanovic is averaging over 40 minutes in the last two games. Cam Reddish is still injured, and Atlanta isn’t getting much out of Tony Snell or Solomon Hill. Bogdanovic has over 30 fantasy points in all but two of the Hawks’ playoff games. He is projected for 35.51 tonight, according to the Awesemo NBA DFS projections.

NBA Fantasy Picks: DraftKings + FanDuel Bust Candidates

Mike Conley Jr. vs. Clippers: $6,900 DraftKings/$7,500 FanDuel

62.5% DraftKings Bust/84.3% FanDuel Bust

Conley is listed as questionable tonight, and there are no other updates on him at this time. He missed the first three games of this series, and an update on his status might not come until close to tip-off. With this in mind, Conley becomes a really risky play. He could get ruled out after the first game locks, which would limit swapping options. Due to the time off, there is also a chance that Conley could play and only see limited minutes. The best course of action to build lineups and leave Conley out of the player pool, especially since his price is still relative expensive.
