SuperDraft NBA Fantasy Picks for Wednesday, 3/31

Awesemo's FREE NBA picks & parlays today for Pascal Siakam and Toronto Raptors | Expert's best bets and optimal betting predictions 11/19/21

Tonight’s eight-game main slate may not feature another wild upset like Magic – Clippers, but it still presents an interesting set of games. Here are the best picks to feature in NBA SuperDraft lineups this evening.

If you haven’t heard of SuperDraft, it’s an innovative new way to play DFS. Instead of using a salary cap, players receive multipliers that inversely correspond to their value. For example, James Harden will come with a lower multiplier because he should play most of the game. In comparison, a rotational player like Jae Crowder will receive a higher multiplier to compensate for his limited minutes. Plus, Awesemo has expert projections from No. 1 DFS player in the world Alex “Awesemo” Baker to help you get to the winner’s circle.

SuperDraft NBA Fantasy Picks + Lineup Advice | March 31

Top Four Guards

Using Awesemo’s SuperDraft NBA projections and OddsShopper’s projected point totals, here are the top four players eligible at guard. You’ll need to feature three of them in your NBA SuperDraft lineup.

Mike Conley (1.55x)

The top two guards on this slate are pretty easy to identify. Donovan Mitchell will sit this one out, so that will leave Conley and Jordan Clarkson to pick up the slack. Mitchell has only missed two games this season, but Conley averaged 19.5 points, 7.5 assists and three rebounds through that span. However, he underperformed in Utah’s first matchup with the Grizzlies (and sat out the second game), so there is some risk here.

Jordan Clarkson (1.6x)

Unlike Conley, Clarkson flashed some rock-solid upside in his last matchup with the Grizzlies. He went off to the tune of 28 points, six rebounds and four assists in just 29 minutes. Also, when Mitchell missed time back in January, Clarkson averaged 24.5 points, 0.5 assists and 6.5 rebounds per game.

James Harden (1x)

Harden may not have a multiplier this evening, but he has the highest-base fantasy points projection, and he remains a top-six option once multipliers are factored in. He dismantled the Rockets for a 29-points, 14-assist, 10-rebounds triple-double in early March, and he’ll look to do so again tonight. This game is also projected for the slate’s second-highest total (230.5).

Dejounte Murray (1.45x)

The Kings and Spurs are projected to combine for the slate’s highest total (231), and Sacramento’s games tend to devolve into track meets. Murray capitalized on this in Monday’s game against the Kings, as he recorded 23 points, seven assists and eight rebounds in the loss.

Top Four Forwards

Using the same tools, here are the top four forwards for this evening’s slate. As with guards, you’ll need to include three forwards in your NBA SuperDraft lineup.

Julius Randle (1.2x)

Awesemo’s SuperDraft NBA projections are keen on Randle tonight. He ranks second overall, and I expect a huge game out of him against the Timberwolves. Minnesota plays at the NBA’s third-fastest pace, and that should give Randle plenty of chances to stuff the stat sheet. While he has fallen off after a red-hot return to the court after the All-Star break, Minnesota’s vulnerable defense may be just what the doctor ordered.

O.G. Anunoby (1.65x)

Toronto’s starting forwards are both viable for this one. They will take on the depleted Thunder, who won’t have key pieces like Luguentz Dort, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander or Al Horford. Instead, they will start a bunch of talented young players that Toronto’s more experienced roster should be able to exploit. It helps that Anunoby has seen an increased workload following the trade deadline — he has averaged 35.8 minutes per game since then. That makes him a high-value option at a multiplier this high.

Pascal Siakam (1.3x)

Like Anunoby, Siakam is poised for success in tonight’s matchup. The Thunder have struggled against opposing bigs all season, and Siakam has a shot to double-double against their vulnerable defense.

Bojan Bogdanovic (1.8x)

You may not want to stack Bogdanovic with both Clarkson and Conley, but picking two of the three should be a viable strategy. Bogdanovic has a sky-high multiplier for this slate that will provide a boatload of points for whatever he contributes, and he averaged 19 points per game through Mitchell’s last two absences.

Top Two Centers

You only need to include one center in your NBA SuperDraft lineup, so pick your poison with the two guys below.

Jakob Poeltl (1.65x)

Since Karl-Anthony Towns is eligible at forward as well as center, only one man outranks Poeltl as a center-only play: Rudy Gobert. But the bulk of Utah’s offense will come from the backcourt, so leave Gobert out and play Poeltl instead. He recorded 17 points and 11 rebounds in San Antonio’s first game against the Kings, and he should post similar numbers in tonight’s matchup.

Nikola Vucevic (1.2x)

Vucevic and the Bulls have a tough matchup with the Suns tonight. However, the Suns are on a back-to-back, and they are worst against centers compared to all other positions in fantasy points allowed compared to all other positions. Chicago’s offense will have to flow through Vucevic tonight, and he should be a valuable contributor to NBA SuperDraft lineups.
