It’s Week 12 and I’m back with my NFL DFS Fantasy Football Likes and Dislikes for this week’s main slate. Players I like this week are the LOCKS that I think will exceed daily fantasy statistical benchmarks. FADES are the players I don’t like that fall short of expectations. Pretty simple. This won’t be about obvious names, it’s greater than that. We’ll take an inside look that’s deeper than just the name and projection. Let’s dive into some NFL DFS Picks on DraftKings, FanDuel, Yahoo, and FantasyDraft.
On the Contrary is LIVE at 2 p.m. EST today with special guest T.J. Hernandez from 4 for 4 football joining Alex ‘Awesemo Baker and Chris Spags to break down the Week 12 slate.

Week 12 NFL DFS LOCKS
Calvin Ridley ($6,500 Draftkings, $6,700 Fanduel)
One thing that makes Calvin Ridley so great is his ability to create separation against opposing defensive backs. Ridley ranks ninth in target separation among all wide receivers at 1.95 average yards of distance separation. The Atlanta wideout will have a dream matchup this weekend against a Tampa Bay Buccaneers pass defense that’s ranked 30th in the NFL and has surrendered 25 touchdowns through the air, second-most in the league.
Kareem Hunt ($5,600 Draftkings, $5,600 Fanduel)Â
If you’re looking for value at the running back position outside Miles Sanders this week, Kareem Hunt could be that guy. Hunt has outscored Nick Chubb in both games he’s played and is seeing a ton of volume in the passing game with 17 targets in the last two. Cleveland has had Hunt line up in the slot on multiple occasions and on 77 snaps played, Hunt has ran 18 routes which makes his price point very appealing and valuable for DraftKings format.
Week 12 NFL DFS FADES
Brian Hill ($4,900 Draftkings, $5,500 Fanduel)Â
Facing the number one DVOA rush defense this week, Brian Hill is my clear fade. Tampa Bay Buccaneers are very stingy up front and have made it difficult for any team to run on them this entire year. The Bucs have surrendered the second-fewest yards and third-fewest yards per carry at 3.5. This is horrible news for Hill who had the best possible matchup last week against the NFL’s worst rush defense and only managed to get 30 yards on 15 carries. Hill also lost the goal line carries to Quadree Ollison. With the game predicting to be played through the air, I believe Hill has no upside in this matchup and his ownership is nowhere I want to be.
