In this column, we are going to review the basics of Jock MKT, including how it differs from making regular NFL DFS picks and how it aligns with the fantasy football games you already know. Below are three of the best Jock MKT NFL picks for the NFL Monday Night slate, based on the expert NFL DFS projections from the No. 1 DFS player in the world, Alex Baker.
Jock MKT NFL Starter Kit | Week 12 Monday Night Football
To begin, enter the NFL Daily Market when the Initial Public Offering (IPO) phase is underway. Leading up until kickoff on the slate’s first game, bid on players you are interested in acquiring on the open market. Is there a player who you consider a favorite to finish at the top of the rankings? Invest as much or as little as you want in their fantasy performance, with shares beginning at $1 and ranging all the way up to $25. See potential injury news that could open an opportunity for another player to acquire fantasy points? Make speculative bids for shares of the backup, hoping for that news to break after the IPO phase is complete.
The next part of the game occurs during live trading. Unlike regular NFL DFS, where your plays are locked in, you can buy and sell shares of players while the games are happening based on their production and where you could see them finishing amongst the field. Track as current points, projected points, and live price for each player is updated in real time, allowing you to track the action and invest in an instant to account for news. Trading can be done all the way up until the final whistle.
Each player share is paid out at the end of the games based on their final rankings of fantasy points amongst the field. If the shares you own are worth more than what you paid, you win money. For more information, check out the Jock MKT website.
Jock MKT NFL Picks for Week 12 Monday Night Football
Russell Wilson — QB — Seattle Seahawks
Washington has allowed the most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks this season, making this a get-right spot for Russell Wilson and the Seahawks. The secondary is poor, allowing opponents to complete 68.13% of their passes. The loss of Chase Young also leads to a weaker pass rush, so Wilson will have the time to pass deep in this game. Jock MKT ranks Wilson as the top overall player, and Awesemo projects him the same way. If this hits, a Wilson share would pay out $25.

Tyler Lockett — WR — Seattle Seahawks
Both of Seattle’s wide receivers are in play tonight, but Tyler Lockett looks to be the better overall value. Not only is he the second focus for the defense, but he is also often viewed as the second-most valuable wide receiver for fantasy, giving him more upside if he does perform well. Washington’s defense has really struggled, and there should be ample downfield opportunities for the Seahawks tonight; Lockett will be the most likely recipient. He also has over 100 yards in two of the past three games. Jock MKT ranks Lockett fifth on the slate, but Awesemo projects him third. The third-highest scorer will pay out $16 per share.

Logan Thomas — TE — Washington Football Team
Jock MKT ranks Logan Thomas seventh on the list, while Awesemo projects him 10th. However, there is obvious upside with him tonight. Thomas is expected to make his return to the field from injury on Monday. This is good news, as Thomas is clearly Washington’s best red-zone threat. Despite not playing since Week 4 – and he only played a couple of snaps in that game – Thomas still ranks third in red-zone touchdowns for Washington. A big reason for that is that he is 6-foot-6, while the rest of the Washington receiving corps is pretty small. Look for him to be targeted in the red zone yet again here. All it takes is one touchdown grab to return a profit, and he should be one of the go-to players anytime Washington gets down there.
