Week 9 Monday Night Football No House Advantage Picks | Bears vs. Steelers

[NBAPAGE]There are two interesting teams in this Monday Night Football matchup, with the Chicago Bears taking on the Pittsburgh Steelers. These prime-time matchups always lead to big player performances, which is great for NFL DFS. No House Advantage brings gamers a different twist. NHA offers props for various players at different point levels. The optimal way to win prop bets is by utilizing the Awesemo No House Advantage projections to find the biggest discrepancy between the NHA prop and the tool itself. Let’s go over some NFL DFS advice for the Monday Night Football game and dive into some of the No House Advantage prop picks.

No House Advantage: Week 9 Monday Night Football Picks

Chase Claypool: Under 4.5 Receptions

The Awesemo Player Prop Tool is not expecting Chase Claypool to have a massive game, projecting him for only 4.1 receptions. That gives this NHA prop a 60% chance to go under. The offensive line for the Steelers is bad, while the pass rush for the Bears is still solid. To combat the poor blocking upfront, the Steelers have designed plays to get the ball out quickly into the hands of their playmakers. While Claypool is certainly a playmaker, he is a field stretcher and a deep threat. So when there is no time to let plays develop downfield, his role in the game plan shrinks. This is why he has gone under 4.5 receptions in back-to-back games.

Awesemo’s Matt Savoca is liking how Chase Claypool the Steelers’ pass-catchers are lining up tonight against the Bears, which he wrote about in-depth in his Week 9 NFL DFS Showdown Breakdown.

Pat Freiermuth: Over 3.5 Receptions

Pat Freiermuth is a big part of the Pittsburgh offense and is one of their most talented pass catchers. Ever since JuJu Smith-Schuster went down injured, the Steelers have utilized Freiermuth in that first-level role more often. He has seven targets in back-to-back games, and he turned those into reception totals of seven and four. With Ben Roethlisberger getting the ball out quickly, Freiermuth should be a popular target tonight. The Awesemo Players Props Tool is projecting Freiermuth to catch 3.92 passes tonight, giving this NHA prop a great chance to go over.

Khalil Herbert: Under 65.5 Yards Rushing

Rookie running back Khalil Herbert has come out of nowhere and played well. His rushing production has taken pressure off Justin Fields, making the Bears offense better. However, there are two large factors working against Herbert tonight. First, the Steelers run defense is pretty good, allowing only 4.2 yards per carry this season. On top of that, lead back David Montgomery is expected to play tonight, according to head coach Matt Nagy. While Montgomery may be eased back into action, given how well Herbert has played, taking any snaps and carries from him hurts his chances to go over the total in this matchup.
