DAL1 (Benn-Seguin-Radulov)
The Stars restrictive pricing may keep their ownership somewhat in check, but this is about as good of a spot as we can ask for, so the pricing is warranted. The Leafs have had a lot of trouble defensively their first few games, but looking at top 2 Leafs lines, both of them are on pace for over 14 High-Danger Chances per 60 minutes. This line just broke the slate on Saturday and they’ll have a good chance to do it again here, as their even-strength matchups are phenomenal, and they all play on a star-studded top Dallas power-play.
WPG2 (Ehlers-Little-Laine)
The Jets’ second line will have a very good even-strength matchup tonight as they’ll avoid Anze Kopitar and the Kings’ top line. Instead, they will be able to feast on the Carter line, which has been especially bad at even-strength (25 Corsi For Percentage). This line will also allow you to get exposure to the Jets fantastic top power-play unit, too, with Laine one of the top threats in the NHL on the man-advantage. At low-ownership with a great even-strength matchup, WPG2 makes for a solid value on DraftKings.
CAR2 (Foegele-Staal-Williams)
While this line may not get the recognition that the Aho-Teravainen top line combo gets, they’ve been one of the best lines in the NHL early in the year. Their possession numbers are ridiculous thus far as they have a 75 Corsi For Percentage, with just under 25 Scoring Chances and 11 High-Danger Chances in under 35 minutes. Great numbers, cheap prices, and a nice home matchup against the Pettersson line make them one of the best value stacks on the slate.
