Best NBA Bets & Player Props Today

Dejounte Murray Rebounds + Assists Over 17.5 (-122) — FanDuel

Murray is a walking triple-double at this point, with two in the last three games. In his last seven games he is averaging 19.7 points, and he is going up against the Houston Rockets, who he already got a triple-double against earlier this month. This has become a system play, with the books consistently disrespecting Murray’s talent and usage. For another play here, the triple-double odds are +320 on DraftKings.

Gary Trent Jr. Over 14.5 Points (-104) — FanDuel

Trent is only in his third game back from an ankle injury that caused him to miss six games. This matchup against the fast-paced Hornets is a perfect bounce-back game. Trent’s shooting has not been great since he has come back, but the volume of shots is there. He is scoring a little over 16 points per game, and the Hornets have allowed the second-most points per game to shooting guards and play at the league’s fastest pace.

Karl-Anthony Towns Points + Assists Over 26.5 (-120) — FanDuel

Towns is averaging 4.3 assists in his last 10 games and a little over 25 points in the last seven. This should continue against a Portland team that is not very deep in the backcourt. If taking over 3.5 assists on DraftKings at +100, there is good value in that line, but the combo is a better play.

Terry Rozier Over 28.5 Points + Assists + Rebounds (-110) — DraftKings

This is the best bet of the day, and the numbers speak for themselves. Rozier has crushed this number, hitting it in seven of his last eight games and averaging 38. The Hornets’ pace of play is the fastest in the league, so there are plenty of opportunities for Rozier to get the stats needed. He had a horrible game against the Hawks last time out, shooting 2-for-14 and 0-for-6 from 3-point territory. Bad games happen, but one positive of that bad game are this beautiful line of 28.5. Take it … responsibly.
