These two teams have been heading in very different directions lately. The Pacers have been slumping. They have lost four straight games, scoring below their season average for points in three of the four games. Meanwhile, the Cavaliers have won four straight games. However, they still do not have much offense in these wins. They have averaged 109.25 points during these four games, which in includes an overtime period. Their defense has been solid, though, averaging 101.5 points allowed over the same stretch.

Aside from the continued long-term absences on both of these teams, both squads enter tonight relatively healthy. Jeremy Lamb and Doug McDermott are both listed as questionable for the Pacers but expected to play. Taurean Prince continues to deal with an ankle injury for the Cavs, but he is listed as questionable tonight.

Also, Cleveland is 5-16 against the spread when they have one day of rest, which is the worst record in the NBA.
