Let’s start here — Kentucky is 4-9 straight up this season. Those four wins came over Morehead State, Mississippi State, Vandy and Florida. This team just can’t figure out how to win games. Five of Kentucky’s nine loss have come as the favorite, and here we are again, favoring the Wildcats over a very solid LSU team. We can’t even use the home court narrative for a powerhouse school like Kentucky here either. The Wildcats are a brutal 2-3 straight up at home, including just 1-4 ATS.
LSU doesn’t have a signature victory yet, but does sit at 10-3 on the season. It’s coming off a brutal home loss, falling to Alabama at home by 30 points in a near pick’em. This should be a bounce-back spot against a team that’s still somehow overvalued in the betting market. I’ll gladly lock the Tigers in as dogs.
