How to Bet Nets vs. Trail Blazers Tonight: Best NBA Bets & Player Props | New York Sports Betting SIGN UP BONUS

Brooklyn got a nice bump on road games with the debut of Kyrie Irving last week. The trio of Irving, Kevin Durant and James Harden will be in effect tonight in Portland, as the Nets are as healthy as they have been in months. It has been a bit of a dip for the Nets, as they have lost three of five, and five of their last ten games. The Nets travel to Portland after beating the Spurs in overtime yesterday. The Trail Blazers are coming off one of their most impressive wins of the season, dominating the Kings without Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum. To make matters worse for Portland, Norman Powell is also expected to sit tonight against the Nets.

Let’s head to OddsShopper and find the best return on some player props and the game itself. The site is 100% free to use and offers Awesemo’s projections, the best return and which book to place the wager.

Best Nets vs. Trail Blazers NBA Bets Today & Odds Shopping

The easiest place to find the best bets in the NBA is on the one-stop shop for value and where to place a wager. The best part is the tool is free and easy to use. Simply filter, sort the page and find the best return available across all books.

Nets -9 (-110, Caesars)

Head over to OddsShopper and find the lowest number for the Nets tonight, then bet it. Some books are dropping the 9.5 down to 9, which is still a large number to lay on the road, but the circumstances warrant it. The Nets are getting Irving back into a lineup that is already top heavy with talent. Brooklyn also got good minutes from guys like Patty Mills before Irving’s return, so Brooklyn becomes a little deeper tonight. The Trail Blazers are the opposite of deep. Anfernee Simons exploded last game against the Kings, but he and Jusuf Nurkic cannot compete with the Nets’ scoring. Portland is simply down too many guys to make this work.

James Harden Under 23.5 Points (-114, FanDuel)

Harden is going to have some company in the backcourt with Irving back in the mix. There is also the very realistic chance that the Nets will blow out the Blazers and most starters are sitting for the fourth quarter. Normally the stars are the reason a team is doing the blowing out, but there may be too many mouths to feed for Harden tonight. Awesemo has Harden projected for just 20.2 points, nearly a 3.5-point gap, and a 71% chance of this staying under. The expected ROI on the bet is at 33%, which is decent, with juice of -114 on the actual bet. Before their most recent home game, the Nets saw Harden fail to hit 20 points in three straight games, one of them on the road with Irving.

Kyrie Irving Over 19.5 Points (-110, FanDuel)

There is a nice middle ground here with Irving going over his points prop and Harden staying under his. Irving should have plenty of opportunities against a weakened Blazers backcourt. Brooklyn has also shown an effort to get Irving back into the offense, albeit just one game. It had an impact on Harden scoring, not facilitating, last week at Indiana, and it stands to reason that will happen again. Irving does not need to worry about anyone else taking away shots, so as long as he will be aggressive, he should go over this number. OddsShopper has a 68% chance of hitting the over and an expected ROI of 31% back. The projection from Awesemo has Irving scoring 22.5 points, well over the book’s number.

Anfernee Simons Under 5.5 Assists (+120, BetMGM)

With all of the injuries to the Blazers, Simons may not have anyone to pass to tonight. He poured in a monster night scoring against the Kings, and now down Powell, the Blazers have no other main option. Simons may get 30 looks tonight, with little exaggeration. OddsShopper loves this prop, with a 75% chance of hitting and a 66% expected ROI. Getting +120 back on this prop is fantastic, especially with so much of the game flow pushing Simons to score. This is all about who is missing around him and how the Blazers will need someone from the outside to score, even if it is not consistently. All this transfers over to fewer assists from Simons.

Kevin Durant 2+ 3-Pointers (+235, FanDuel)

Being down on Harden’s points transfers into fewer 3-point shots, plus Irving went 0-for-2 in his debut. Neither of those guys are going to be heavy from the 3-point line tonight, leaving some lesser guys and Durant to pick up the slack. The volume for 3-point shots is there for Durant, with five-plus attempts from behind the arc in four of his last five games. The return only starts at three-plus on FanDuel and is worth it with opportunity against the Blazers. Portland has next to nothing when it comes to defending the perimeter, and anyone on the outside against Durant is a mismatch. If Irving continues to pass up looks and Harden is not taking them either, expect a bigger night from Durant — a +235 kind of night.
