Same Game Parlay of the Night: Best NBA Picks & Parlays Tonight | 1/22/22

Same-game parlays are one of the most exciting new forms of betting on sports. Not only are the payouts potentially massive, but they can also be +EV. Since all of the wagers take place in the same contest, it allows you to craft a narrative that can pay off royally if it hits. Same-game parlays become even better with the help of OddsShopper. It allows you to view all of the different wagers available for each game compared to the Awesemo NBA Projections. The wider the gap between the line and the projection, the more +EV the wager. This allows you to find the best NBA betting picks easily. Let us dive into some of the best NBA picks and parlays tonight.

Same Game NBA Picks and Parlays: Pacers at Suns

The first step is finding which sport you are going to wager on, so the banner at the top of the screen has the sports separated. Once you are on the NBA page, it is super simple to customize what you are looking for as far as teams and players on the left-hand side of the page.

Now, if you miss one of the odds highlighted in the article because it changed, do not worry. The lines do not always stay the same as they are updated every two minutes. There will be examples of when you can still wager based on the Awesemo projections. It is also easy to sort the props by what style you want to bet them, meaning that you can choose the highest ROI or the highest expected win rate.

Generally, the best approach is a mix of the highest ROI and expected win rate, and this process should take under 30 seconds to filter what you are looking for. The highlighted wagers in the article can also be bet individually, so if the parlay misses by one leg, it is not a total loss.

JaVale McGee Over 10.5 Points, 8.5 Rebounds, and 0.5 Assists

All aboard the McGee train! Deandre Ayton will miss another game for the Suns, which means McGee should be looking at an expanded workload. He played significantly less than Bismack Biyombo in their last game – Biyombo had 27.9 minutes, McGee had 17.8 – but the playing time split shouldn’t be as stark on Saturday. Awesemo currently has McGee projected for 21.9 minutes vs. the Pacers, compared to just 20.3 for Biyombo.

With that in mind, this is an excellent opportunity to buy low on McGee. He’s averaged 12.4 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 1.1 assists in 11 games without Ayton this season, so taking the over on each of his props seems very reasonable. All three have an expected win rate of at least 58% and an expected return on investment of at least +13% on OddsShopper.

The Pacers also stand out as an excellent matchup. They’re missing their top two big men in Domantas Sabonis and Myles Turner, so they will be a bit weaker than usual on the interior. Overall, McGee can do some serious damage in this spot in just 20 minutes or so.

The Latest Sports Betting Content from Stokastic Odds

Jae Crowder Under 1.5 Assists

Crowder is an important part of the Suns’ rotation, but he is not out there to make plays for his teammates. The Suns have Chris Paul and Devin Booker to handle those responsibilities, so Crowder is only really asked to knock down open 3-pointers and play defense.

As a result, his assist numbers this season are pretty terrible. He’s averaged just 1.4 assists per game despite a healthy minute count, and he’s had one assist or fewer in 23 of 38 games. Despite that fact, you can actually grab the under at better than even money at a few locations across the industry. That gives the under the highest expected return on investment of any prop in this contest.

Mikal Bridges Under 2.5 Assists

We’re still waiting on injury news for the Pacers – Malcolm Brogdon and Caris LeVert are both questionable – so there are no props available for that side at the moment. That means we’ll have to continue to focus our attention on the Suns.

Bridges fits a very similar description to Crowder. He’s a huge part of their rotation – he ranks first on the team in minutes per game – but his impact is felt more on the defensive end of the court. He’s averaged just 12.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.9 assists through his first 44 games.

Bridges has ultimately handed out two assists or less in 31 of his 44 games, so this prop unsurprisingly has one of the highest expected win rates on the slate. You have to lay heavy juice – the best price is -168 on FanDuel – but it should be a safe inclusion in our single-game parlay.
