Nuggets vs. Kings Same Game NBA Picks & Parlays Tonight | 3/9/22

Wednesday’s slate is one of the largest of the year, with 12 different games to choose from. That includes a matchup between the Nuggets and Kings, which figures to be one of the most entertaining. The total is currently set at 238.5 points, which is the second-highest mark on the slate. The projected high-scoring nature makes it a fun contest to explore in the player prop market. Let’s dive into some NBA betting tips tonight and how to find the best NBA picks and parlays for March 8.

Same Game NBA Picks and Parlay: Nuggets against Kings

The first step is finding which sport you are going to wager on, so the banner at the top of the screen has the sports separated. Once on the NBA page, it is super simple to customize teams and players on the left-hand side of the page.

Now, if you miss one of the odds highlighted in the article because it changed, do not worry. The lines do not always stay the same as they are updated every two minutes. There will be examples of when you can still wager based on the Awesemo projections. It is also easy to sort the props by what style you want to bet them, meaning that you can choose the highest ROI or the highest expected win rate.

Generally, the best approach is a mix of the highest ROI and expected win rate, and this process should take under 30 seconds to filter what you are looking for. The highlighted wagers in the article can also be bet individually, so if the parlay misses by one leg, it is not a total loss.

Harrison Barnes Over 18.5 Points

Barnes has seen his role increase recently, and he has racked up at least 37.8 minutes in three straight games. He has scored at least 23 points in two of those, and he is averaging 18.4 points per 36 minutes for the year. Barnes is going to face a tough test against Nuggets, who rank sixth in defensive efficiency over their past 10 games. However, Barnes will get a boost from the absence of Domantas Sabonis. He will be serving a one-game suspension, which opens up a few additional shots for the rest of the roster. Barnes has seen a +1.7% usage rate bump with Sabonis off the court in his 11 games with the Kings, and Barnes averaging 22.7 points per 36 minutes in that situation.

De’Aaron Fox Over 25.5 Points

Fox is another player who figures to see a bump in usage sans Sabonis. He has increased his usage rate by 3.1% with Sabonis off the court over his past 11 games, and he is averaging a team-high 32.3% usage rate in that situation. Overall, he is averaging 27.5 points per 36 minutes. Fox also has the potential to see way more than 36 minutes on Wednesday. He has racked up at least 38.9 minutes in five of his past six games, and he has scored at least 26 points in four of them. The two exceptions were games with 24 and 25 points, so he did not miss by much in his lower-scoring games, either.

The Latest Sports Betting Content from Stokastic Odds

Nikola Jokic Under 14.5 Rebounds

Jokic is quite simply one of the most talented basketball players in history. There is no denying it at this point, and betting against him to do things on a basketball court is typically not smart. However, his rebounding prop is set at an astronomical 14.5 boards on Wednesday, and even he can fail at that number. Jokic has had the best rebounding season of his career, but he is still averaging just 13.8 rebounds per game. He has had fewer than 15 boards in 31 of 58 games, and the Kings have shown some improvement in that department of late. They rank sixth in rebound rate over their past three games, albeit with Sabonis in the lineup.

Aaron Gordon Under 14.5 Points

The Nuggets are expected to put plenty of points on the scoreboard against the Kings. Sacramento has been dreadful defensively all year, and the Nuggets are implied for 122.5 points. That is the second-highest mark on the slate. However, Gordon does not figure to do much of the scoring. Not only is he not a great scorer to begin with, but he is also playing fewer minutes of late. He has played 29.2 minutes or less in four of his past five games, with the lone exception being an overtime affair. Unsurprisingly, Gordon has struggled to hit the over in those games, scoring 14 points or fewer in each. Expect more of the same, even in a juicy matchup.
