NFC Conference Championship Best Bets Using Awesemo NFL Futures: Team Betting Odds & Optimizer

Before the NFL kicks its 2021 season off, there are still plenty of season-long props bets and NFL betting picks to be made. Using the Awesemo NFL Futures: Team Betting Odds & Optimizer, bettors can see which selections have the highest expected return on investment before choosing. Using this tool, three teams from the NFC have been identified as strong plays. Let’s see who will have the best chance of being the last NFC team standing at the end.

NFC Conference Championship NFL Futures Bets

Arizona Cardinals (+2500)

According to the Awesemo NFL Futures: Team Betting Odds & Optimizer, the Cardinals have the highest expected return on investment of any team in the NFC – only the Ravens (19%) have a better expected ROI of anyone in the NFL. Kyler Murray will lead an impressive roster that added A.J. Green and J.J. Watt in the offseason. There is a ton of speed and versatility at every position, and it is a good thing that a young head coach like Kliff Kingsbury is leading them. His youthfulness and exuberance should match the speed with which this team plays each week.

At +2500, this line is a bargain compared to the rest of the field in the NFC. Whoever is standing at the end will likely have to go through the defending Super Bowl champion Buccaneers. In addition, the NFC West is loaded with talented teams, making it the toughest division in football. If anything, the Cardinals will be battle tested when the playoffs come around.

Green Bay Packers (+600)

The Packers could have gone to the Super Bowl if it were not for some bad bounces and questionable coaching decisions in the NFC Championship Game. Nevertheless, that heartache has the potential to serve as a motivating factor for Green Bay this season. Aaron Rodgers has nice complementary pieces in Davante Adams and Aaron Jones to make things work offensively. However, the defense will be the ultimate X-factor for the Packers’ season. There are still a lot of questions with the front seven, but the secondary is as legitimate as it gets, led by cornerback Jaire Alexander. Green Bay has a challenging schedule this season, facing the AFC West and NFC West as their out-of-division opponents, but Rodgers is coming off an MVP season and never shies from challenges.

San Francisco 49ers (+650)

One could make the argument that no other team was ravaged by injuries more than the 49ers, particularly on defense. The absence of Nick Bosa was especially missed last season, after he had nine sacks in 16 games his rookie season.

San Francisco is one of the most well-coached teams thanks to Kyle Shanahan. He has had success with Nick Mullens starting at quarterback, so the sky is the limit with a fully healthy roster. It is only a matter of time before Trey Lance becomes the starting quarterback. Jimmy Garoppolo has suffered a few different injuries in his career, and Lance’s mobility adds a new layer of excitement to what is already one of the best running games in the NFL. San Francisco fans may have flashbacks of Colin Kaepernick with Lance.
