Monday Night Football Prop Bets: Expert Picks & Predictions for Eagles vs. Cowboys Tonight

The Philadelphia Eagles venture to AT&T Stadium to take on the Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night Football, and the player props are widely available. With the start of the NFL season, the Awesemo team has launched the NFL Player Props Tool, covering each of the major prop categories for each week throughout 2021. We will analyze all the odds at various sportsbooks to identify the best NFL player props available based on the Tool’s projected values and odds of success. Below are three of the best NFL prop bets for tonight’s Eagles vs. Cowboys Monday Night Football matchup.

Week 3 Monday Night Football NFL Player Props

DeVonta Smith Over 4.5 Receptions (+105, Caesars)

DeVonta Smith has been a pleasant surprise, and the NFL Player Props Tool is high on him tonight. The over on 4.5 receptions for Smith has +105 odds with a projected 62% expected win rate. With Smith projected for 4.96 catches this evening, the over has a 37.1% expected ROI. Smith has four receptions per game and averaged five receptions per game over his four seasons at Alabama. The Cowboys defense has allowed 16 receptions per game to wide receivers this season. Smith is presumed to be covered most of the evening by Anthony Brown, who has allowed 11 receptions on 15 targets. Snag the plus money on the over for Smith’s receptions.

Cedrick Wilson Over 26.5 Yards Receiving (-115, BetMGM)

With Michael Gallup on injured reserve, the target share has opened up for other Cowboys receiving options. As a result, the NFL Player Props Tool has a 67% expected win rate on the over for Cedrick Wilson yards tonight. With Wilson projected for 39.35 yards receiving on 3.35 receptions, the over also has a 25.3% return on investment. Wilson had two receptions for 20 yards last week against the Chargers with Gallup out. Though the Eagles have allowed just 176 total yards to wide receivers this season, they rank 20th DVOA against third receivers. Amari Cooper may be limited by a rib injury if he does play, which could end up meaning more targets for Wilson.

Jalen Hurts Over 1.5 Touchdowns Passing (+116, FanDuel)

The Eagles have a number of red-zone weapons for Jalen Hurts. NFL Player Props Tool gives Hurts a 47% expected win rate on over 1.5 touchdowns. With Hurts projected for 1.53 touchdowns, the 0.7% ROI is a razor-thin margin despite the +116 odds. Hurts is averaging 1.5 touchdowns last year and has the same this season. Seeing that Dallas has allowed five touchdowns passing in two games, the over is too enticing at plus money odds.
