The Prop Report: NBA Picks Presented by No House Advantage | 10/9

Welcome to the Prop Report presented by No House Advantage! For those new to the site, NHA is a daily fantasy sports (DFS) app that offers prop-based contests across multiple sports. Simply pick your five favorite player props for a given slate, rank them five (most confident) through one (least confident) and receive those points for each prop that hits. The best part? Instead of facing a house advantage on props like you would with a sportsbook, No House Advantage has purely peer-to-peer contests with big cash prizes. Sign up here or download the app from the App Store to get started. I’m going to give you three NBA picks I have my eye on to utilize in your highest confidence slots for Friday’s Lakers – Heat Game 5.

The Prop Report: NBA Picks Presented By No House Advantage | Oct. 9

Duncan Robinson–OVER 10.5 Points

One of the beautiful things about playing on NHA is the ability to leverage the ever-changing prop market with the NHA lines that are locked in. Duncan Robinson’s points prop over/under is currently at 11.5 with -118 juice on the over. That alone should let it be known that this is an advantageous line you want the over on. Robinson has come alive at the tail end of this series, averaging 36 minutes and 15 points per game in the past two. I expect his production to stay in that range with Goran Dragic‘s continued absence.

LeBron James–OVER 9.5 Rebounds

Game 4 demonstrated that the Lakers are committed to small-ball. Markieff Morris saw a jump to 30 minutes on Tuesday, while Dwight Howard was dropped to single-digit court time. Howard off the floor means more defensive rebounding opportunity for LeBron, who has now surpassed double-digit rebounds in consecutive games. I see that trend continuing tonight, making this one of the best NHA props on the board.

Dwight Howard–UNDER 5.5 Rebounds

For all the reasons mentioned for LeBron, this is my favorite NBA pick on the NHA board today. Dwight Howard has been demoted into relative obscurity, playing only 8 minutes in Game 4. If he luck-boxes into 6 or more rebounds in less than ten minutes, so be it. But with Frank Vogel opting for more Anthony Davis time at the five these past two games, I’ll hammer the under on 5.5 as much as I can. This is above and away my favorite NBA pick on the board for Game 5.
