New York Knicks and Cleveland Cavaliers Over 202 Points

This prop is begging to bet over, and it has dropped 1.5 points since the opening line. The total is too low, though it is not like the teams are offensive juggernauts. Both teams prefer a slow-paced game and are pretty good defensively, but consistency is the key. Awesemo projects that there will be 215 points on the board. The Cavaliers defeated the Knicks 126-109 earlier this year.

Cleveland enters the game in good form, winning eight of 11 games. During this stretch, the Cavaliers have registered a 110.8 offensive rating and a 107.6 defensive rating. Lauri Markkanen and Rajon Rondo will not be available for the Cavaliers.

New York is coming off a 110-102 home win over the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday. The Knicks are 3-3 over their last six and on the second of back-to-back, though they have struggled on the offensive end in these games. However, the Knicks have a 109 offensive and defensive rating over their last 11 games. Nerlens Noel is probable tonight, while Kemba Walker (knee) and Mitchell Robinson are questionable.

Oklahoma City Moneyline (+130) Over Chicago Bulls

Chicago seems to be ripe for the picking here. The Bulls are banged up, especially in the backcourt, and Nikola Vucevic (contusion) is questionable, though Zach LaVine could play for the first time in six games. Plus, the Bulls are on the road and coming off a 114-95 setback at Orlando on Sunday. They are 5-4 in the second legs of back-to-backs and have a minus-0.2 point differential.

While Oklahoma City is not in good form, the Thunder play better at home. Oklahoma City, a slight underdog here, is 28-16-1 against the spread. Moreover, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has played well lately and could give the Bulls backcourt fits defensively. Chicago has struggled to contain opposing teams’ points guards over the last five games, permitting 25 points a game on 45.1% shooting from the field, which is nearly 3 points and 4.9 percentage points more than their season averages.
