The Millionaire Maker for PGA DFS is still on the back burner, but that doesn’t mean life-changing amounts of prize money are lacking in DraftKings and FanDuel tournaments, and interesting fantasy golf picks are all over the board this week. In fact, this week we have a contest that is offering $200,000 to first with $800,000 guaranteed. There will be 56 players teeing it up at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, so we’ll have plenty of options with which to go against the grain in DraftKings PGA and FanDuel PGA contests.

AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am Fantasy Golf Picks
PGA DFS Picks: $9,000+
- 11 Golfers
- Total ownership of around 190%
Dustin Johnson’s withdrawal leaves quite a hole in the tournament and moves ownership elsewhere. He was expecting to be around 40% owned. That’ll now get filtered down throughout the field rather than just to one golfer. But Patrick Cantlay won’t go unnoticed, as he’s now the odds-on favorite to win, the highest-salary golfer and projected as the most-owned golfer. Daniel Berger isn’t too far behind either as gamers look to cash in on the latest trend, the trend being it takes a missed cut to win, as each of the last two winners had missed a cut in their prior start.
Jason Day, Will Zalatoris and Francesco Molinari are getting a ton of love and coming in nearly 20% owned. The next batch of golfers, though, are unlikely to be over 15% owned. That includes Jordan Spieth, Si Woo Kim, Sam Burns, Cameron Davis and Paul Casey. The only golfer we haven’t mentioned is Rickie Fowler, who is projected at 5% owned.

A 5% Fowler is enticing, I will say. Spieth at 12.7% is more so.

Twenty-four different options await us here, with ownership quite spread out. Eleven of the 24 golfers are projected to be above 10% owned but not more than 15%. A couple of those golfers in that mid-teen projected ownership are:
- Kevin Streelman
- Max Homa
- Henrik Norlander
- Cameron Tringale
- Brian Harman
- Matt Jones
Thirteen other golfers in this section should be under 10% owned this week. This gives us plenty of options to pick a couple of them and be able to get two or three times the field’s ownership with ease. A few of those golfers are:
- Rafa Cabrera-Bello
- Maverick McNealy
- Nick Taylor
- Chez Reavie
PGA DFS Picks: The Rest ($7,400 and Below)
- 120+ golfers
- Total ownership 200 %
This week it’s a three-horse race for golfers priced in this section, as Joel Dahmen, Kyle Stanley and Michael Thompson are the only ones currently projected with greater than 10% ownership. Others like Brendan Grace, Stewart Cink, Mark Hubbard, Patrick Rodgers, Denny McCarthy, Adam Schenk, Harry Higgs, Scott Piercy, Tom Hoge and Pat Perez are all projected to be around 5-10% owned.
With almost 100 golfers left in this section, you shouldn’t have a difficult time finding someone to get behind who is both cheap and low owned. For more of my top against-the-grain picks, check out my Top 5 PGA DFS Sleeper video on our YouTube channel.
