Zack Moss Stopped By Patriots In Week 13

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss found no room to run during the Week 13 matchup against the New England Patriots. The second-year back was a healthy scratch last week, but found his way back on the field for this one. Sadly, he rushed for 21 yards on eight attempts in the loss. He also added two receptions for 12 additional yards through the air. The 10 carries did tie Devin Singletary for the team lead. The weather conditions made both teams lean on the running game. It's uncertain if Moss will play next week, but he'll hardly be an option against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense.

Zack Moss Active On Monday Night

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss is active on Monday night against the division-rival New England Patriots after he was a healthy scratch last week. With a blizzard in Buffalo for this game, both teams could rely heavily on their ground games, so Moss could actually be involved after sitting out the Thanksgiving game. However, with both Devin Singletary and Matt Breida also in the fold, it's anyone's guess as to who the best running back of the trio will be against a Patriots defense that has been more vulnerable on the ground than through the air. Moss is averaging just 3.5 yards per carry on the year and hasn't seen double-digit carries since Week 5. He'll be a desperation RB4/flex in his return Monday night.

Zack Moss Officially Inactive For Week 12

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss is inactive for Thursday Night Football against the Saints. The team is in need of an adjustment after losing two of their last three games. They'll roll with Devin Singletary and the red-hot Matt Breida to lead the backfield in Week 12. Fantasy managers should view Singletary as a low-end RB3 and Breida as a mid-range RB4. Moss can be dropped in most redraft leagues.

Zack Moss Headed For Healthy Scratch In Week 12

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss is expected to be a healthy scratch heading into Thursday's game against the Saints. Although Moss offers youth, the Bills need an adjustment after losing two of their last three games. They'll roll with Devin Singletary and the red-hot Matt Breida to lead the backfield in Week 12. Fantasy managers should view Singletary as a low-end RB3 and Breida as a mid-range RB4. Moss can be dropped in most redraft leagues.

Zack Moss - Week 12 Outlook for Fantasy Football

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss has slowed down after putting together a decent start to the season. In fact, Moss has scored only once in his last six games. It's also worth noting that the Bills have used a three-back committee over the last few weeks. There's a good chance that they do that again versus the New Orleans Saints in Week 12. A defense that ranks first in rush DVOA this season. There could be a handful of touches for Moss in this one, but not enough to trust him as a starter in any fantasy format.

Nov 22nd · 12:20 AM
Zack Moss Manages Five Yards In Week 11

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss has seen his fantasy value rapidly decrease over the last month or so. The second-year back put together his worst performance of the season against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 11. He rushed three times for five yards in the loss. The presence of Matt Breida has completely erased any fantasy value for Moss. To be fair, it's tough for any of the backs in Buffalo to do anything in a three-back committee. At this point, Moss has become the worst option out of the three. He won't be worth streaming in basically any formats against the New Orleans Saints next week.

Nov 20th · 05:15 PM
Zack Moss - Week 11 Outlook for Fantasy Football

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss has struggled to move the ball on the ground this season. In fact, Moss has less than 30 rushing yards in each of his last four games. Both Moss and Devin Singletary have struggled to find consistent room to run. That is likely going to remain the case against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 11. A defense that ranks second in rush DVOA this season. Moss should see at least a handful of carries, but he's unlikely going to do much with it. Fantasy managers should consider him a desperation flex option, but he belongs on the bench in most formats this week.

Zack Moss Scores In Week 10 Win

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss was banged up heading into this contest, but managed to play during the Week 10 matchup with the New York Jets. The second-year back was dealing with a concussion, but managed to play on Sunday. Moss rushed seven times for 27 yards and one touchdown in the win. His fellow backs had much better days during the game on Sunday. The good news is, Moss remains involved in the gameplan on a weekly basis. However, he is someone that can only be trusted as a desperation flex option in most formats at this point.

Nov 14th · 04:56 PM
Zack Moss Officially Active Sunday

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss (concussion) cleared the league's concussion protocol on Saturday and is officially active for Week 10 against the New York Jets. Moss will again work alongside Devin Singletary in a Bills rushing attack that has gone absolutely nowhere in the last two weeks. They should have an easier go of it this weekend, though, as the Jets defense has allowed the most fantasy points per game to the position in 2021. They've also allowed 133.3 rushing yards per contest, which ranks sixth-worst in the NFL. Hopefully for both Moss and Singletary, the Bills offense will be up big for most of the day and they can rack up yards and points in positive game script. Moss has RB2 upside despite his recent poor play and injury.

Nov 13th · 04:20 PM
Zack Moss Cleared From League's Concussion Protocol

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss has been cleared from the league's concussion protocol and should be good to play in Week 10 against the New York Jets. The writing was on the wall when Moss was able to shed his non-contact jersey in practice on Friday. It's bad news for those hoping that Devin Singletary would see an expanded role against a bad Jets defense, but he could still be a valuable flex play against a defense that has allowed 908 rushing yards and a league-high 14 rushing touchdowns to opposing RBs this season. Nobody from Buffalo's offense had a good game last week and Moss hasn't seen double-digit carries since Week 5, but he will be on the RB2/3 borderline with plenty of upside in this matchup if he sees his normal amount of snaps.

Nov 12th · 08:25 PM
Zack Moss Listed As Questionable

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss (concussion) is listed as questionable for Week 10 against the New York Jets, but he has a chance to play on Sunday after ditching his non-contact jersey in practice on Friday. Moss remains in the league's concussion protocol, but he is trending in the right direction to suit up against the Jets, who have allowed the most fantasy points per game to the RB position in 2021. Perhaps this is the perfect opportunity for Buffalo's running game to get going after they have struggled in recent weeks. If Moss is active, he could have RB2 upside if he plays his usual number of offensive snaps, while Devin Singletary could also pay off as an RB3/flex in an excellent matchup.

Nov 11th · 09:57 PM
Zack Moss Returns To Practice, Still In Concussion Protocol

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss (concussion) was limited in practice with a non-contact jersey on Thursday, but he remains in the league's concussion protocol. Moss is making strides to return to action in Week 10 in a juicy matchup against the New York Jets, but he's not out of the woods just yet, and there's still a good chance that he's listed as questionable on the final injury report on Friday. As a result, he'll be a shaky RB3/flex heading into Sunday's game, especially since Buffalo's ground attack has just gone nowhere in recent weeks. If Moss doesn't gain clearance, Devin Singletary would see his usage go up and would have RB2 upside in the good matchup. Matt Breida, Taiwan Jones and Christian Wade are the other RBs on the team's active roster.

Nov 10th · 08:42 PM
Zack Moss Doesn't Practice on Wednesday

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss (concussion) didn't practice on Wednesday as he continues to work through the concussion protocols. Moss' participation was never likely, so this isn't a setback; however, we'd need to see some reports that his condition was improving before feeling confident that he'll play on Sunday against the Jets. If he were to sit, it would make Devin Singletary an intriguing FLEX play given that he would take over the vast majority of the work, and the Bills have been vocal about needing to be less one-dimensional in the wake of a shocking loss to the Jaguars. If Moss does indeed sit, we could see more short-yardage pass game usage for Matt Breida and Isaiah McKenzie for those in truly deep formats.

Nov 10th · 05:51 PM
Zack Moss Still In Concussion Protocol

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss remains in the league's concussion protocol and will not practice on Wednesday. Moss had just three carries for six yards and caught two passes for 18 yards on four targets before suffering his head injury in the Week 9 stunning loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. It's not a good start to the week for Moss, who should be considered questionable to play in Week 10 against the New York Jets right now. If he doesn't get cleared later this week, Devin Singletary would be Buffalo's primary ball-carrier, with Matt Breida or Taiwan Jones, or both, filling in behind him. Singletary would have some nice RB2 upside this weekend against the Jets if Moss is inactive.

Zack Moss, Devin Singletary Struggling In The Run Game

The Buffalo Bills lack of consistency in their running game has become a big problem for them. Their offensive line hasn't been getting much of a push, but running backs Zack Moss and Devin Singletary haven't been very good either. Moss struggled before suffering a head injury in the Week 9 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars, while Singletary had six carries for just 16 yards. Moss has lacked consistent vision, and Singletary has lacked explosiveness and tackle-breaking ability. Buffalo needs to get their ground game going if they want to get opponents out of the Cover-2 shell they've been using the last two weeks. Last Sunday, wide receiver Cole Beasley was effectively their top RB. He ended up with eight first-half targets and seven catches with an average depth of target on his first six targets of only 1.8 yards.

Nov 7th · 08:53 PM
Zack Moss Ruled Out With Concussion

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss exited Sunday's Week 9 contest against Jacksonville to be evaluated for a head injury and was later ruled out with a concussion. He had three carries for six yards in Sunday's game, plus two catches for 18 yards. Devin Singletary will serve as the lead back for the rest of this game, but the Bills running game has struggled against the Jaguars defense. If Moss misses time, Singletary will be an intriguing value option for fantasy managers and DFS players.

Nov 7th · 08:40 PM
Zack Moss Exits With Head Injury

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss exited Sunday's Week 9 contest against Jacksonville to be evaluated for a head injury. The team has yet to announce if Moss will return or not. He has three carries for six yards in Sunday's game, plus two catches for 18 yards. If he's unable to return, Devin Singletary will serve as the lead back, but the Bills running game has struggled against the Jaguars defense.

Nov 5th · 03:14 PM
Zack Moss - Week 9 Outlook for Fantasy Football

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss has found a way to be successful despite splitting up the carries in the backfield. Sadly, the rushing numbers haven't been there lately, but Moss continues to hold PPR value. Last week, Moss hauled in six receptions and has become a reliable receiving option in the backfield. There should be flex appeal for Moss in Week 9 for his matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars. A defense that has struggled at containing any sort of passing attack all season long. Fantasy managers in PPR leagues should view Moss as a low-end flex option this week.

Oct 31st · 11:11 PM
Zack Moss Salvages His Value Through The Air

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss has surprised some fantasy managers with his play early in the season. There weren't high expectations for Moss coming into the season because he splits up the carries with Devin Singletary. However, Moss has looked like the better fantasy option this season. In Week 8, Moss rushed eight times for 19 yards but hauled in six receptions for 39 yards in the win. It was an ugly game on the ground for the Bills, but they were able to escape with the victory over the Miami Dolphins. The rushing numbers have been declining for Moss since Week 4. Despite that, he could have some low-end flex appeal against the awful Jaguars defense next week.

Oct 28th · 06:46 PM
Zack Moss - Week 8 Outlook for Fantasy Football

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss has surprisingly put together some decent fantasy value through the beginning of the season. Through six games, Moss has 208 yards and three touchdowns, which is decent for someone who has to split up the carries. Often times, Devin Singletary does out-touch Moss, but he salvages his fantasy value with redzone carries. Honestly, Moss is the better fantasy option between the two, but neither are favorable choices. Moss should be considered a low-end flex option against the Miami Dolphins in Week 8. Miami has struggled to stop the rushing attack, but Moss hasn't done much damage on the ground lately.

Oct 19th · 04:16 AM
Zack Moss Struggles Versus Titans

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss has been building plenty of momentum over the last few weeks. Sadly for him, the Tennessee Titans had no issues slowing down Moss during the Week 6 matchup. He rushed eight times for 24 yards and added two catches for 15 yards in the loss. He actually out-carried Devin Singletary, but neither player had much success in this game. Despite the headache, both players are worth rostering in fantasy formats going forward. Moss has more upside because he gets a majority of the red zone carries, but neither should be counted on as more than a flex option.

Oct 15th · 03:12 PM
Zack Moss - Week 6 Outlook for Fantasy Football

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss has four touchdowns through the four games he has played this season. Moss sat out the season opener, but has been a reliable PPR option since then. He continues to split up the workload with Devin Singletary, which does hurt his fantasy value. However, Moss has been the better option lately and gets a majority of the carries in the red zone. He should be a viable starter for fantasy managers in need of a running back. Moss is a fine flex option for a favorable matchup against the Tennessee Titans in Week 6.

Oct 11th · 02:59 PM
Zack Moss Remains Heavily Involved

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss has seemingly taken over the lead back job for this offense. He has put together three straight games of 10 rushing attempts or more, including the Week 5 performance against the Kansas City Chiefs. Moss rushed 11 times for 37 yards, but also hauled in three receptions for 55 yards through the air. Fantasy managers who are in need of a running back should quickly check if Moss is available. He'll be on the flex radar for their next matchup against the Tennessee Titans.

Oct 8th · 01:43 AM
Zack Moss Is A Tempting Flex Option

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss has looked much better over the last few games. He has rushed for 60 yards or more over his last two games. He'll have a solid chance of doing that again versus the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 5. A defense that has heavily struggled to contain the running game this season. Unfortunately for Moss, he'll be forced to split the carries with Devin Singletary. Despite that, Moss has rushed 13 times or more over his last two games. There should be plenty of chances for him in Week 5, which makes him a possible flex option.

Oct 3rd · 11:45 PM
Zack Moss Scores In Win Over Texans

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss saw a season-high 14 carries during the Week 4 matchup with the Houston Texans. He rushed for 61 yards and scored a touchdown in what ended up being a 40-0 blowout win. Moss saw a majority of the carries in the red zone, but Devin Singletary got his share of work in as well. As of right now, Moss might be the better option of the two because of his upside to score. He should fall into RB3/flex territory against the Kansas City Chiefs shaky defense in Week 5.

Are NFL Trade Rumor Covered in the Player News?
Yes! As you can see from this Julio Jones write up from his player page, we updated his news section as soon as the news broke.
“The Atlanta Falcons are not expected to trade quarterback Matt Ryan this offseason, according to sources. “The Falcons have not had any trade conversations about Ryan or their star wide receiver Julio Jones. And every expectation is both players are going to be on the roster in 2021,” NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero said. New head coach Arthur Smith plans to run a similar offense to the one Kyle Shanahan used when Ryan won MVP in 2016. Atlanta would be on the hook for more than $44 million in dead money in 2021 if they traded Ryan before June 1. Atlanta may decide to take Ryan’s heir-apparent at No. 4 overall in the draft, but the 35-year-old signal-caller is expected to stay put for at least another season. Ryan and Jones got it going to end the regular season and could be in line for bounce-back campaigns under Smith in 2021. Consider Ryan a midrange QB1 heading into next season.”
