Aaron Rodgers has been known to change out significant others like some people change clothes. But after a while of publicly dating Danica Patrick, rumors have started to swirl that Rodgers and her have split with the Packers QB moving onto actress Shailene Woodley.

The initial report from sports gossip site Terez Owens speculates:

This comes to us via our tip box. “It seemed like Aaron had found his perfect partner in Danica Patrick. Danica had no idea when she introduced actress Shailene Woodley to Aaron that Shailene would make a play for him. Shailene and Aaron were quite cozy this past weekend in Tahoe. Looks like Aaron traded to a much younger girlfriend. Danica is devastated by Aaron’s betrayal. Get your popcorn out, this one is going to get messy!”

Swipe Sports also revealed that Danica Patrick no longer follows Aaron Rodgers on Instagram:

But Aaron Rodgers still follows her, cementing him either as some sort of class act or just a regular dude who likes to reply to former significant others’ Instagram stories to keep that thread open:

Rodgers has yet to follow Shailene Woodley’s Instagram despite their alleged canoodling. Given how seriously he seems to take that sacred bond, even when former significant others like Danica Patrick don’t, he should take his time. An Instagram follow is practically a lifelong commitment of seeing someone’s food, pets, and future replacements for you if you’re dating. One can only hope that after some time to heal that Aaron Rodgers will someday be able to love on Instagram again.

Also nice to see that even after her racing career was put on the backburner that Danica Patrick can hit Instagram unfollow buttons at record speeds. No restrictor plates in the race of love.
