Artemi Panarin To Miss Rest Of Season After Being Body-Slammed By Tom Wilson

The NHL world is livid after it was announced that repeat offender, Tom Wilson, will only be fine $5,000 after his antics in Monday night’s game against the New York Rangers.

During a net-front scrum, Wilson punched a defenseless Pavel Buchnevich during a scrum in front of the net. He then grabbed Artemi Panarin by the hair, and flung him down to the ice like a rag-doll.

Now, it’s confirmed that Panarin will miss the rest of the year after he was dropped to the ice by the reckless Wilson.

Fans are reacting with rage to the small punishment for Tom Wilson after he legitimately took out Artemi Panarin for the remainder of the season.

Hopefully Artemi Panarin can make a full recovery soon enough.

As for Tom Wilson? The NHL needs to do what’s right and send the message that this type of behavior is not tolerated.
