Boxing can leave you with bruises, but this is just crazy. A German boxer was left with a horrific looking injury that caused her fight to be stopped. Cheyenne “Pepper” Hanson fought Alina Zaitseva from Ukraine on Saturday. And her face dramatically swelled up into a massive hematoma after a nasty headbutt. Hanson shared a before and after on Instagram of her injury.

She took her record to eight wins in nine bouts with six KO victories.
“WE DID IT. It was a tough fight,” Hanson wrote on Instagram, while also thanking her trainer and training partner.
At least she walked away with the W. And I’m not talking about the Welt.
