Bruce Arians Goes On Expletive-Filled Rant Over Report About Making Players Wear Wristbands If Unvaccinated

Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians has been very vocal about his desire for his players to get vaccinated. But a new report has rubbed the fiery coach the wrong way.

Earlier in the week, multiple reports were indicating that Arians was implementing fines against players who broke COVID protocols and has guys wearing colored wristbands during practice to indicate whether they have received the vaccine or not.

Prior to taking questions from the media during Training Camp on Tuesday, Bruce Arians went on a tirade against these reports, saying that the wristband system was only intended for when players were inside team buildings.

Bruce Arians has been one of the more progressive coaches in the NFL when it comes to the COVID vaccine.

The Buccaneers have set up vaccine stations around practice for any player who has not taken the shot just yet. And Arians believes that his team will reach the 85% vaccine threshold put in place by the NFL to receive relaxed protocols.

Bruce Arians has pointed to the amount of times unvaccinated players have to get tested throughout the season as a main selling point for taking the vaccine.

It would appear that Arians and the Bucs are ahead of many other teams around the NFL when it comes to the amount of their players who are vaccinated or intend to do so in the near future.
