Chicago White Sox Fans Booed The Hell Out Of Mayor Lori Lightfoot And Governor J.B. Pritzker During Their Home Opener

I think it’s safe to say that Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot and Illinois governor J.B. Pritzker would’ve been better suited staying home rather than attending the Chicago White Sox home opener today.

After getting some boos during the Cubs home opener, the crowd on the South Side of the city really packed it on for the unpopular politician duo on Thursday afternoon. I wouldn’t be surprised if the boos are still ringing down the streets of Chicago as we speak.

Check it out:

Chicagoans reacted to Lightfoot and Pritzker taking the L at the Sox opener.

Once the game kicked off the boos turned to cheers, as the White Sox took care of business in their home opener against the Royals.

I wouldn’t be shocked if this ends up being the only game Lori Lightfoot and J.B. Pritzker attend for a long time.
