According to Houston attorney Tony Buzbee, the FBI has been checking in on the sexual assault allegations centered around Texans QB Deshaun Watson

Houston Texans Quarterback Deshaun Watson is currently being sued by over 20 women for sexual assault. Watson is hoping to be traded as soon as humanly possible, and teams have remained wary of making any deals due to Watson’s legal situation. On top of that, the NFL has also been in the midst of this investigation for a while, and now it seems unlikely that things will be resolved anytime soon.

According to reporter AJ Perez, the trade talks surrounding Watson have hit a huge snag and its all because of the ongoing investigation.

The NFL trade deadline is set for November 2nd, and according to the report, the NFL’s investigation will not be wrapped up by then.

Four teams are still interested in Watson’s services in spite of the ongoing investigations:

Another thing holding up any trade is the asking price for Watson:

This pretty much means Watson probably won’t play any football this season, and even if he does by some miracle, he could have to face a suspension from the NFL.

Looking more and more every day like a wasted season for Watson.
