LeBron James was under fire last week for making a controversial post about an Ohio officer who shot and killed a teenage girl as she appeared to be trying to stab someone.

Now, Donald Trump Jr. has entered the chat. The former President’s son wants a piece of the LeBron bashing party (unsurprisingly).

Trump took to his Instagram page to share a fake LeBron quote about the Ohio police officer. The post was quickly taken down by Instagram.

“We’re at a point where a girl can’t even stab her friends anymore,” Trump Jr. wrote in the post.

Donald Trump Jr. was not happy with Instagram for taking down his post.

I mean, yeah, Donald Trump Jr. was clearly making a joke with this fake quote from LeBron James, but it’s still pretty dumb. Sure, maybe LeBron was wrong to make his original post about the Ohio cop, but making a joke about a girl who has recently died also feels pretty wrong.

Maybe it’s time for the Trumps to realize that social media isn’t to blame for censoring their stuff, they just kind of send idiotic stuff out on the web. What do I know, though.
