New Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni has had a bit of a rough start to his tenure. His introductory press conference was pretty weird, and didn’t exactly instill confidence into the Eagles fanbase.
Now, Nick Sirianni is continuing to sound like a guy who is in way over his head. Sirianni and GM Howie Roseman had a joint press conference, and the new head coach talked about how he measures a prospect’s competitiveness.

This is probably something that Nick Sirianni should have kept to himself. Sure, if you think this is a way to measure if you want to coach a kid, go right ahead. But did you really think you wouldn’t get made fun of when you shared this story?
I think Howie Roseman’s reaction says it all. The general manager just starts laughing and puts his head down, clearly a little embarrassed with the direction this press conference is going.
The Philadelphia Eagles look like they could be entering a dark period, and Nick Sirianni isn’t helping fans think otherwise.
