Many former Dodgers players and fans are praying for a healthy recovery from former manager Tommy Lasorda. Lasorda was hospitalized today, according to the team.

Fans sent out their prayers for the beloved Lasorda.

Lasorda, 93, was in attendance for the Dodgers series clinching Game 6 of the World Series. He was reportedly admitted to the hospital about a week ago, and remains in intensive care. According to the team, Lasorda is “resting comfortably”. It is unclear what caused the hospital trip.

After his managing days, Lasorda stuck around. He was a fixture at Dodgers games, and often developed relationships with the current players and team staff. I don’t think there is anybody that better represents the Los Angeles Dodgers than Tommy Lasorda.

Get well soon.
