Former NFL Linebacker Gets Trashed for Homophobic Tweets

Junior Galette is under fire for his homophobic tweets. For a bit of background on Galette, he entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the New Orleans Saints where he was elected defensive team captain and awarded a $41.5 million deal. He was released ten months after signing the deal.

Galette then signed with the Washington Redskins, but missed two consecutive seasons from two separate Achilles ruptures.

He’s now out of the NFL and only 33 years old.
