Former Tiger Woods’ Mistress Rachel Uchitel’s Financial Settlement With Tiger Woods Revealed

Tiger Woods’ former mistress Rachel Uchitel is having a tough go of it as of late. It seems that she’s not happy with how her life turned out after being at the center of one of the biggest scandals of the last twenty years. She was Tiger’s main side chick, and when they split, Tiger promised he’d take care of her. As part of the financial settlement, she wouldn’t be able to ever speak on the details of their relationship.

Now we finally know how much Tiger paid her to keep quiet.

Via NY Times:

“I’m not an idiot, I’m not a hooker, I’m not a prostitute,” Uchitel said. “I was and am a very smart girl and that’s why I negotiated $8 million, because I knew it was going to affect my life.”

Uchitel explained that she only received a portion of the money due to taxes and legal fees.  She was also scheduled to receive a million a year for three years following her $5 million payment upfront. When the 46-year-old signed on to do “Celebrity Rehab” in 2010, Woods’ legal team wasn’t happy, and demanded that she pay back the money and she ultimately agreed to give up the additional $3 million she was owed.

She said she was threatened by Woods’ lawyer Michael Holtz over taking part in HBO’s “Tiger” documentary too, which was released just this year.

“If you get a job, I’ll come after your wages. If you get married, I’ll go after your joint bank account,” Uchitel says Holtz told her. “I will come after you for the rest of your life.”

Sounds to me like she broke their agreement, plain and simple.

So she has no one to blame but herself. Maybe she thought the money would last a lot longer?

You can’t have sour grapes over an NDA settlement.
