Jennifer Lopez’s Reported Reason for Breaking Up With Alex Rodriguez Has Been Revealed

So why did A-Rod and J-Lo really break up? New reported details about Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez’s breakup are now coming to light. People magazine released a story earlier today outlining the rumored reasons the couple decided to end things, and it’s very sad.

Via People, J-Lo ultimately decided to split from Rodriguez because she couldn’t fully “trust” him. “She has been pretty miserable,” a source told People. “And didn’t think it was in her best interests to stay with Alex.”

This source added that Lopez “insisted” on the breakup:

“There are too many issues that are unresolved.”

“They both liked spending more time together as a family, but it was difficult to keep that special spark when they saw each other every day,” this person said.

You’d have to assume it also had something to do with all the cheating rumors.

A “Miami source” said to People:

“They will try to be friends, and there is respect there. But they are definitely going their separate ways.”
