NFL SVP of Officiating Dragged After He Tried to Explain Bears Taunting Penalty

Bears linebacker Cassieus Marsh, who had just been called up to the Chicago Bears active roster,  made a huge play against the team he spent pre-season with, the Pittsburgh Steelers. Following the play, the NFL’s senior VP of Officiating took to Twitter to explain the call.
