Nick Foles Brings The Chicago Bears Back From The Dead With Last Minute Score

The Chicago Bears had an improbable comeback Sunday as they knocked off the Seattle Seahawks 25-24 on a last minute touchdown and 2 point conversion to take the lead.

Nick Foles was announced to be the starter in the middle of the week after the team was not sure what shape Justin Fields would be in after the hit he took last week to the head.

For most of the game, the Seahawks seemed to be doing just enough to stay out ahead and it looked like the Bears would be en-route to their 4th straight loss, until big ….umm Nick Foles came alive.

Foles and the Bears got the ball on their own 20 yard line with just under 3 minutes left. That’s when the magic took over. Foles lead a quick 6-play strike, even taking a sack and completing 4 passes, including a 15-yard strike to Jimmy Graham to put the Bears behind by just one point.

Well wouldn’t ya know it, Matt Nagy decided to do what every team who has a losing record do and went for the win.

Foles made an incredible connection with Damiere Byrd who managed to land in bounds and give the Bears the lead.

Here is the 2-point conversion that you will see everywhere this week.

The Bears went on to hold the Seahawks to a 4-and-out and held on to the victory as the team moved to 5-10 on the season.

No official word on who will be starting for the Bears on Sunday as they host the New York Giants, but one has to think that Nagy will give Foles a long hard look this week at practice.
