ESPN’s “First Take” must have been running dry on content for Friday morning, and Tim Tebow was there to take the fall.
For some reason, the debate started over which NFL player you would rather have: Derrick Henry or Patrick Mahomes.
Tim Tebow joined Stephen A. Smith for the segment, and shared his view that he would rather have Henry over the Chiefs quarterback.
This is a real thing on ESPN.
This year: "Who would you rather have: Derrick Henry or Patrick Mahomes?"
Tebow actually said Henry 🤷♂️ pic.twitter.com/kAVKNIeeRL

Stephen A be Tim Tebow at this point would be more entertaining as celebrity boxing than analysis https://t.co/05spZkcwAN

Tim Tebow has been one of many guest who have been brought into “First Take” after Stephen A forced out Max Kellerman as his longtime co-host.
So far, nobody has really stole the show. And the ratings have faltered.
It almost feels like Tim Tebow was told to pick Derrick Henry for this segment for the sake of debate television. Either that, or he’s just not really cut out for any of this.
