Tony LaRussa sprints out of dugout

Chicago White Sox manager Tony LaRussa was caught speeding out of the dugout after first baseman Jose Abreu was hit in the head by a pitch Friday night.

Abreu immediately went to the ground while the third base coach and manager LaRussa came charging in.

The man has some wheels and used his ‘extreme’ force to push Indians catcher Roberto Perez back.
