Euro 2020 DFS Picks: Fantasy Soccer | July 11

These are listed in order of what are the top plays, including median projection, floor and upside.

Euro DFS Picks: Captain

Federico Chiesa (DraftKings: $12,000, FanDuel: $12)

Italy come into the Euro finals as underdogs for the first time this tournament. They have been solid defensively, and Federico Chiesa has provided the offensive spark in the knockout stages. He comes in as the lowest-priced forward on the Italian side and offers salary relief big names in the Flex. Chiesa still needs a goal contribution to pay off the price. The volume is there with 3.5 shots per match. He looks to run the full length of match once again and has hit target at 35.7%. With ability to create and a few created chances, he is the core goal-hunting option.

Raheem Sterling (DraftKings: $13,800, FanDuel: $13)

The higher ownership Captain plays for the favored England are Mason Mount, Luke Shaw and Harry Kane. Shaw and Mount provide the floors while Kane is a Brace threat and has the highest odds to find the back of the net. For much criticism over a dive in the final, Raheem Sterling has played a big role in getting England to the finals. His scoring in the group stage elevated them when the rest could not get it going. He has contributed on four scores including two winners in the group stage. He has averaged 2.33 shots per match with upside over three. His on-target accuracy is 63% in knockout stage and has added value with drawn fouls.

Euro DFS Picks: Flex

Luke Shaw (DraftKings: $7,200, FanDuel: $9)

Mason Mount (DraftKings: $8,800, FanDuel: $11)

The floor provided by Mount and Shaw is much very in play in the Flex. This game looks to be a grind with both teams providing over three clean sheets. The set-piece split provides crossing and assisted shot volume to both the England young stars, and they have had their minutes secured despite a loaded bench. Mount is preferred if going to one with a floor that has hit double value despite only one goal contribution this tournament. Shaw has the open-play volume to match sets on his side, and both players should be in play regardless of the preferred side.

Jorginho (DraftKings: $4,000, FanDuel: $5)

Jorginho that has been left off the offensive scoresheet for the Italians in this historic run. His price is near minimum and still has the metrics to double value, with drawn fouls and interceptions at 2.8 per match. He handles PK sets, and that upside alone combined with the price makes him the best punt play.

In GPPs gamers can look to Marco Verratti or Nico Barella whom have contributed big in a number of games. Verratti contributes with assisted shots and drawn fouls. His high price and poor performance in his last outing will see him garnering lower ownership. He still has upside, but the lack of floor keeps him away from cash plays. Barella is in similar boat with assisted shots and adds shot volume to the mix. He comes at near $2,000 cheaper, making it easier to fit in a stack favoring either side.

Jordan Pickford (DraftKings: $6,400)

Gianluigi Donnarumma (DraftKings: $6,000)

The theme of keepers continues to the Euro Finals. There are no draws, so one keeper will receive the win bonus. The price is close for both, and they combined for eight clean sheets. In cash Jordan Pickford is in play with home field and allowing just one goal the entire tournament. In MME both keepers could be in the optimal. Gianluigi Donnarumma is the go-to for an Italy favored stack. In single entry or limited lineups gamers can find leverage, as he has provided two-plus saves in the knockouts.
