We have a three game slate WNBA DFS slate today on DraftKings and FanDuel. Remember, on these larger slates we don’t have to make hold your nose plays. Generally speaking, we can find quality plays.
Atlanta Dream Guards
If you have been reading for the last two weeks, you know I’ve been encouraging you to play Tiffany Hayes and Renee Montgomery. Well, this is where I get off. It is a tough matchup on the road and their prices have inflated. Although, I think you can play Monty on FanDuel still. Â
Atlanta Dream Forwards
The only forward I have interest in is Jessica Breeland. She is too cheap on FanDuel and DraftKings. Yes it is a bad matchup but you are getting 30 minutes of a block and steal machine. I am willing to roll the dice here.
Connecticut Sun Forwards
Jonquel Jones, in my opinion, is the favorite to be the top scoring player on the slate. Atlanta has been beat up on the boards all year and Theresa McCowan just put 50 against them. I think Alyssa Thomas might get some ownership after last game where Jones got in foul trouble. I like her here, I just like Jones a bunch more.
Connecticut Sun Guards
Jasmine Thomas is one of the reasons I’m not on the Atlanta guards. Her price has come down to where I want to play her. The minutes haven’t been great lately but I am going to be playing a bunch of her and hope she can turn it around.
Indiana Fever Forwards
If Natalie Achonwa is hurt you lock in, under-priced  Theresa McCowan. She just put up 50 against Atlanta and now gets Chicago. I like Candace Dupree a lot too in this place as she is likely to get 30 minutes vs. Chicago and will be under owned.
Indiana Fever Guards
Kelsey Mitchell on FanDuel is under-priced for a matchup with Chicago. She is the only guard with solid minutes here. If you make 100 lineups you could have two or three with Tiffany Mitchell.
Chicago Fire Guards
Indiana sucks. Courtney VanderSloot is the number one play on the slate. I also like Diamond DeShields as a lower owned pivot off a chalky VanderSloot. I’ll probably have VanderSloot or DeShields in every lineup I make.
Chicago Fire Forwards
This issue with the Fire Forwards is it is a three way timeshare and their prices have increased. My favorite is Jantel Lavender on both sites. I would only play Stefanie Dolson on FanDuel where she is under priced.
Seattle Storm Guards
Blake Dietrick let everyone down on Sunday where she somehow managed to be a starting point guard for a team playing 22 minutes and scoring six fantasy points. She is still the min. If you play cash you should play her. Â Sami Whitcomb only saw 15 minutes and Shavonte Zellous 18 minutes. Both are live in GPPs as they are priced near the min. Jewel Lloyd is going to be under owned for the usage bump she gets with Canada out and is going to play 30 minutes. Â Also, people are going to pay for Vandersloot but not want to pay for two guards. I love her in GPPs.
Seattle Storm Forwards
Alysha Clark and Mercedes Russell are both under priced for the minutes they are getting. I especially love Clark on FanDuel at $5.4K. As far as Natasha Howard, I am not playing bigs guarded by Nneka Ogwumike.
LA Sparks Guards
Chelsea Gray on FanDuel is under priced but with Parker back I doubt I get there. I have no interest in any of the others.
LA Sparks Forwards
Nneka and Chiney Ogwumike are both over priced with Candace Parker back. Parker is 8k on DraftKings. She played 25 minutes last game. If this stays close she could get 30. She is a lock on DraftKings and pretty close to a lock on FanDuel.
Cash Core: Dietrick, Parker, Vandersloot, Clark, Jones, McCowan
GPP Plays: Lloyd, DeShields, Clark, Zellous, Dupree
