Dallas Stars Forwards
Kayla Thorton is back from suspension to divvy up the minutes again here. Everyone is priced up for an average matchup. If you are to play anybody it would be Thorton.
Dallas Stars Guards
Kaela Davis is on suspension for this game so that cements the guard minutes. Still,I do not like Arike Ogwunale here as it’s a bad matchup and she is priced up. The best play is probably punting with Brooke McCarthy-Williams on FanDuel if you need too.
Connecticut Sun Guards
Jasmine Thomas’ price is down far enough on both sites that she is in play in cash and GPPs. Shekinna Stricklen had her once every two months big game. I prefer to fade if she is chalk.
Connecticut Sun Forwards
Alyssa Thomas is still under priced on DraftKings. She had a huge game on Friday which was greatly benefitted from Jonquel Jones being in foul trouble. Jonquel Jones might be my favorite stud on the slate. This is a great matchup that Tina Charles just excelled in.
Washington Mystic Guards
Needless to say there is heavy blow out risk and we have to check if Kristi Toliver is back. Natasha Cloud with Toliver is too cheap for an easy matchup versus Indiana. But even then she is like my 5th guard.
Washington Mystic Forwards
Elena Delle Donne: no one on Indiana can stop her, though Powers being in the starting lineup has reduced her usage. If, by some chance, Indiana keeps this game close EDD could put up a massive score like the last two times they played. The rest of the forwards is just too crowded for me to love anybody.
Indiana Fever Guards
On the road in Washington is not ideal, though Shenise Johnson is now out for the year. That should stabilize the guard minutes some. Tiffany and Kelsey Mitchell are in play in GPPs as they should each see secure minutes.
Indiana Fever Forwards
It’s a freaking five game slate. No way.
Chicago Sky Guards
This game figures to be the highest scoring on the slate. Courtney VanDerSloot and Diamond Deshields are very strong plays again. There is a high priced guard on the slate I prefer more.
Chicago Sky Forwards
DraftKings refuses to raise the price of Astou Ndour for her new role. I like her a ton on that site. Honestly, Stefanie Dolson and Cheyenne Parker are both strong plays as well, just based on what the pace of this game should be. On FanDuel I like getting up to Parker or Dolson over Ndour as an ownership play. On DraftKings I think you eat the chalk on Ndour.
Las Vegas Forwards
Asa Wilson should be back for this game and probably a full go. Her price is way down for a matchup with Chicago. Elizabeth Cambage is a strong play as well. Yes Wilson is back. I do not care. This is a game against Chicago. DeArica Hamby should be crossed out of your player pool at her price now.
Las Vegas Guards
With Wilson back, all the guards are overpriced for their expect usage except Kelsey Plum on FanDuel. I like Plum a lot there. She is probably a cash play.
Phoenix Mercury Guards
There is probably a world where you can fade DeWanna Bonner at home versus the New York Liberty without Griner, but it is not this world. Briann January drew the start on Friday Night and she is down to 3.8k on FanDuel. She is a cash play there. She is also a strong play on DraftKings. Yvonne Turner is a strictly FanDuel play where she is underpriced still.
Phoenix Mercury Forwards
Brianna Turner is going to play 30 plus minutes versus the Liberty. That alone puts her in play on FanDuel where she is underpriced. Camille Little in GPPs is fine as well.
New York Liberty Guards
Kia Nurse repaid my faith in her. She is still underpriced for the amount of shots she takes. I still like her in GPPs. Tanisha Wright finally had a big game as well, but on her I am less bullish.
New York Liberty Forwards
So if the Atlanta game proved anything it’s that Phoenix cannot rebound or defend inside without Griner. So give me all the Tina Charles. Nayo Raincokce-Ekuwe is one of my favorite punts on the slate, though the minutes can get iffy.
Minnesota Lynx Guards
The Lynx have too many guards to play any on a five game slate.
Minnesota Lynx Forwards
Again there are better spots. Syvia Fowles in a GPP is okay on the late slate but nothing I really like here.
Seattle Storm Guards
Jordan Canada missed last game with a shoulder but was cleared to play. This lead to Jewel Lloyd getting 30 minutes. Lloyd at her price getting thirty minutes is a virtual lock. But will she get the minutes if Canada plays. This is the late game. There are plays you can swap to if Canada is in as well. It does not appear FanDuel’s contest is late swap, so as they say, “Go with God”.
Seattle Storm Forwards
Natasha Howard is matchup proof. It’s that simple. Yes Fowles is a great defender. Howard already put 50 on her this year. Mercedes Russell’s minutes have been inconsistent but she is cheap on FanDuel.
